The check in and check out staff were good and engaging. The night staff as usual could not be bothered to stop looking at phones to either open door or greet guests. The room and location are spot on.

Highly satisfied

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well serviced. I am highly satisfied except for the aircraft noise.

Nice newer property. It's in the flight path of take offs from CNX airport. The noise is tolerable and ends around midnight. The hotel lacks Fitness center. No mini bar. Staff is nice and the cafe attached is good.

Room is big & clean. Location is good. Wifi is slow. Pillow are uncomfortable. Restaurant is semi outdoor with no air-conditioner. Not buffet breakfast , luckily foods are good.

Good hotel at Nimman road

Hotel was at a good location, it is next to Nimman road where you can have many restaurant. Staff are nice and helpful~ Room is spacious and clean, facilities are of good conditions.

They decorated our room for our honeymoon. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint was about the breakfast options. As a vegan, there wasn't much for us. The restaurant tried to accommodate but we had limited options. Otherwise, it was a great stay and location.

Lovely modern hotel (built just 4 years ago) in a great location in the heart of the action in upscale Nimman. It is just a few blocks away from the new Central Mall and 1 Nimman Mall. Our Junior Suite was spacious and spotless, and offered a large separate bedroom, at the price of a single room in its competitors . The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bed had the most comfortable mattress we could remember in a hotel. We liked it so much we extended our stay. The only negatives were the WiFi service and the included breakfast. The WiFi was based on an unsecured 2.4G router that was OK but slow most of the time. I'd suggest using a VPN for security if you do any sensitive work on your device. It had one overnight and an occasional short outage during our 10 day stay. We are not big breakfast people, but we opted in for the daily breakfast ($5 apiece). The included breakfast had a limited fixed menu. The first day we were pretty disappointed with the food. The pad Thai was very greasy and the duck on a waffle was overcooked and like a rock. The good news was that as we left breakfast in the lobby the manager (owner?) asked us how we liked breakfast. My ever honest wife told him exactly what was wrong. The next day, and the rest of the trip, the food was properly prepared, if limited. There are many alternative restaurants and cafes within a block or two. All in all we really enjoyed our stay, and would be glad to stay here again.

Comfy

Very nice hotel. It was close to many restaurants, mall, vendors, and markets. Easy to get around and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was good, there is also 2 really good coffe shops last then a block away. Overall it was a great stay.
