The room was 82 degrees all night long. Called the desk & we were informed that no one was in to fix anything. Told the person at the desk when we were checking out & they didn’t seem to care. We didn’t sleep all night because of how hit it was. No smile c, no courtesy from the staff. Will not stay there again.

this is my second time staying, I chose to come back due to the cleanliness of the hotel during my first visit, this visit however was not as clean, there was a red stain on the sheets (it looked like blood but my mind refused to let me believe that it was =( and the pillows were somewhat dingy), overall a nice place to stay not to mention all of the restaurants nearby another thing I didn't like was that someone tried to open our room w/out knocking. Usually when I go to any hotel I will put the lock on just due to safety reasons, and I am glad that I did this time also. Luckily my bf was there with me cause when I went to see who it was no one was there, I don't think that it was housekeeping seeing as how a cart wasn't anywhere in the hall but it had to be a worker because they had a key. due to these experiences I don't see any near future visits anytime soon

Never again

I checked in at midnight. And as usual check the bedding and everything. Didn't notice the makeup and hair on the duvet til morning. Called down and you can't request housekeeping after 10am. I had to change my own sheets.

I’m the Diamond member of Hilton and Hotels.com. Only reason that I booked this hotel is location. Because my office is near that place. But except location, no reason to use this hotel. Receptionist, they never welcome customer. If there’s 2 people at front desk they talked each other and when I interrupted them, they showed me the attitude. Not sure I’ll be going back!

Well I originally booked Saturday night and right before our stay we decided to add more nights on. So we stayed Thursday-Monday. After the front desk said they fixed the booking so our room keys wouldn’t just stop working for us. One night we got back to our room at 11:30 with two kids and get up to our room to find our room keys didn’t work and that wasn’t the only time we had to deal with it two additional times. I could definitely tell our bathroom wasn’t cleaned well and there was dust in a lot of places and not to mention no one came and cleaned our room or brought new towels or asked if we needed anything….

My check in was terrible, they couldn’t get my reservation and credit card to work together. They finally gave us a room and when I was already in bed they called the room and asked me to come down with a different credit card to pay for the room. (I checked my statement and it went through they just couldn’t see it on there computer). Why I was going back and forth they gave another guest our room and walked in on my wife changing. When I got back from paying for my room again I couldn’t get in because they shut my key off so back downstairs I go again for new keys, on my way to the the front desk I see a young woman sobbing because she was so embarrassed about walking in on my wife. We did get a free breakfast for all of the troubles but it was a lot of trouble for just one night.
