The apartment was comfortable and huge, the location was perfect near by many restaurants and cafes, the staff were friendly and helpful, the only bad thing was the housekeeping they didn’t clean the apartment even I saw the staff outside the door and told him that we are going out so he can come to clean but when we come back at night it wasn’t clean and i asked for clean towels and when I ask why didn’t clean he said we were busy

the non-smoking room smells cigarette inside. The room is not cleaned daily unless you request them to. the gym has not been available and was told it was under renovation since 6months ago.

It waz amazing.

Check in is to late in the evening, Wait until your room is ready, after your time has pass where you should have been check already. No small towel Price in the area are a lot cheaper

Location is the best part of staying here with plenty of options right outside the door and the staff is very friendly. Negatives - the shower pressure is low and despite the low pressure, it still leaks all over the floor - prompting the need for extra towels just to make sure you don't bust it. Also, and this may be just me, is the use of flat sheets on the bed - not sure why this and many other hotels can't use fitted sheets to cover the mattress...also not much in English to watch on TV...Despite the negatives, I love the location and will continue to stay at this hotel.
