From the super efficient check in to the fabulous room with view of the river and the towers of Lujiazui to the delicious food, we loved our stay. We had a surprise delivery of a bottle of champagne with a personal note from one of the managers to celebrate our anniversary, and then the manager of the hotel delivered two full glasses of bubbly to our table at dinner! We felt very special and will definitely be back sometime soon.

The hotel is a great place to hang out. Each and ever staff member I met was super polite. However, there was the day of check in. Only four check in counter for such a hotel must be a joke. I had to line up for 30 minutes. The designer must be a big fan of the number four, as there are only four elevators to get to the rooms, this brings a lot of waiting with many people with it. All in all, I remember a lots waiting over my entire stay. I have seen better in hotels in the 600 RMB range.

Everything about this place is top notch, only wish they had a toothbrush available in the bathroom.

The hotel is stunning and the staff is great. The W insider Luiz helped us get our phone setup which was a great help. The front desk staff (Jerry and was so helpful and answered our questions. Daisy managed to find the make and model of the toilet bowl in our room because we loved it so much. We can't wait to go back to Shagnhai and stay the W again. My wife loved the dumpling pillow and chop sticks. Wish we could take them home. Also, Bruce was so helpful arranging transports and providing us great restaurants and bars to visit.

Beautiful hotel, great views of the iconic skyline, several restaurants to choose from, one of the best spa areas I've seen in a hotel, accommodating staff, swanky room, great location.

This is a beautiful property, fun & chic. We were received by Chris at arrival and she was our personal hotel director. She made sure all our needs were met, she was friendly, charismatic and professional. We cannot thank her enough for all her attentions and care.

From the moment we booked the room we were greeted with the most friendly staff. I messaged prior to our stay and Priscilla took care of all our needs before we arrived. Upon arrival Tiny checked us in with a smile and warmest welcome. We stayed for our anniversary and the staff went out of their way to make it special for us. I would highly recommend and will definitely go back for this stellar service and amenities.
