Upsides: Very clean and new apartment, strong air conditioner, protected by security guard and a locked gate. Management was flexible when I needed to shorten stay due to coronavirus. Downsides: I found it hard to get a response from management through phone, messages or email. I also felt a little uneasy walking home at night to the property -- it's just a bit far out of town. Also, it would be great if they added some basic condiments (e.g. salt, cooking oil) to make it easier to cook.

Not sure how old is the apartment, but the apartment feels like everything brand new. Supper clean, very big and nice. Very affordable for family visit. We rented one of the biggest apartment in the top floor, three rooms, three bathroom. Much cheaper then going for hotel and have much bigger space. The washer and dryer looks very clean as well. There is security watch over the place, we felt very safe.

As you, I was researching places to stay in Tulum. I'm thrilled I decided to stay at Coco Village. First off, the people are SO friendly. The place is clean and safe. Now, let's talk about the actual place. I reserved a 'second floor' unit that overlooked the pool. It was huge (over 1,000 square feet) and more than I needed. The WIFI worked perfectly, the kitchen was WAY better than the one I have at home, and having two bathrooms ensured my girlfriend and I wouldn't bump into each other when getting ready. :D Honestly, I give this hotel a "98%" with the only "2% discount" being that you may not get a parking spot right by the door as they only have about 10 spots (otherwise you park alongside the dirt road) and...yes...I mentioned a "dirt road" which you'll need to travel down for about 200 yards. Finally, there's no elevators so if you book the penthouse just know you're going to be lugging your suitcase(s) up two flights. Otherwise, this is a fantastic value and you should book it immediately!

Lovely property slightly outside main Tulum area. Very comfortable and quiet location. Very easy check-in process with lots of useful local tips provided by Laura. Ability to make use of facilities at other Coco hotels in Tulum.

L appartement etait top avec tout le confort grand, beau et spacieux. Point negatif pas de savonnette pour se laver les mains et le papier toilette n etait pas fournie tous les jours ou jamais assez. A part ca rien a dire sur la propreté. Nous sommes restés 6 jours et par contre le week-end tous les propriétaires faisaient un barbecue et avaient envahis la piscine avec la music et les enfants . Moi j ai trouvé ca dérangeant et n osait plus me rendre a la piscine. C est un détail mais utile a preciser je pense.

Está ubicado a la salida de Tulum. En vehículo, es fácil y rápido llegar al centro(5 minutos) y a la playa (15). El departamento está muy bien equipado y con buen gusto.
