Very nice and clean resort hotel , with good restaurants and gym.. but beach is not pleasant due to not smooth surface with a lot of stones , hotel's tap water is salty , and very weak cellphone signals .

We loved the pool with glass walls. We loved our room and its bathtub. We enjoyed dining at the restaurants but while some dishes were really very good, some dishes were underwhelming.

Beautiful pool, great room, excellent service ! Limited vegan breakfast options, but staff was happy to customize food if we needed it :-)

Disappointed with interior

The resort is comfortable and relaxing however the room are not so modern and clean . Housekeeping did not do a good job as we saw paper on floor on day one we check in and the paper is still there when we leave on the 4th day . Toilet basin not washed daily , quite disappointed with the interior. Housekeeping needs to improve . Bfast is same everyday , will be good if they can change the menu slightly everyday.

The place was beautiful and stunning , the food was great . Just upset that some other unit of the hotel room which is twin bed room full of whole families , and they were loitering around the balcony hanging lot of cloth , which can be sore to the eyes . Very upset with the adult pool which was suppose to be adult but was congested with childreb running and jumping shouting everywhere. This hotel was suppose to be a gem for adult as paradise .

Beautiful grounds, great staff, terrible policies

It's sad because I could have walked away from this trip with fantastic things to say about the entire stay but I definitely can't. The resort itself is beautiful in terms of the grounds, great pool areas, beautiful clean beach & the sunset views were amazing. The Kliff restaurant is beautiful and the food was fantastic. The staff that work at the resort always friendly & helpful. BUT the big issue was that I was traveling with my 2 young daughters: 10 & 14 years old. My 14 year old is seen as an "adult" which is normal & I accept that, so the free breakfast for 2 included her. But my 10 year old I had to pay 240,000RP each day for her to have breakfast. This is a ridiculously high price for a 10 year old. Each morning she ate a few buns & fruit! There is no ala carte option so I had to pay regardless of the fact she ate the equivalent of 50,000RP of food or less! The other big problem is that the bed is definitely not a king bed, it is queen. Usually we can share a King bed but this time had to order another bed. I was prepared to pay extra, this is normal but not 695,000 RP per night! What?! Not even the most expensive hotels in Tokyo charge me this rate! It's really a bad strategy on the part of the management, Sure they made an extra 2m RP from me from this stay but I'll never go back & will also recommend that my friends do not go there so they lost all that potential business. Why charge ridiculous prices for things that do not cost you much at all?

Considering the cost of paying for a ocean front pool villa, it was right next to the restaurant and main pool. We had no privacy and our villa was a major walk way and next to a big courtyard. Kids were screaming by the pool all day. It wasn't ocean facing also. I should have just paid for a normal room on a mid to high floor. Food and bbq was decent although overpriced. Gym was good.
