Very busy wait time for the elevator during our stay. Staff was friendly and courteous through your stay. The place to be it was packed at 11 pm in the lobby/bar.

Outstanding fitness facility. Almost like my gym at home. Friendly staff and ideal location by the CHI Center. We love the Marriot chain and this one did not disappoint at all.

Was a little confusing trying to figure out how to get to the lobby to check in. But overall good friendly service. My toilet seat was dirty though. Had a Clorox wipe. All good. Not sure I’ll stay there again. It wasn’ta bad experience. Just. Ehhh

The hotel is very nice and located in the perfect place for a concert or game. There are great places to eat within walking distance too. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Disappointed

I booked the Marriott to have a mini staycation for my husband’s 50th birthday. Our beginning of our stay was exceptional. We loved the room, had an exquisite meal at one of the hotels restaurants, and our check in went wonderfully. The problem was after 10 PM the people in a conference room next to our room appeared to be throwing a loud gathering. Giving the other guests time to quiet down they didn’t. We called the front desk twice. It was obvious when security tried to ask them to quiet down as there was minimal noise for approximately 10 minutes. I can only describe the experience as trying to sleep next to a bar at the end of the night. After two hours of trying to sleep, my husband went to the front desk to let them know we were leaving. The desk manager tried to move us to another room but at that point, it was past midnight and we were exhausted. We, disappointed, drove home. The hotel did make it right by refunding our money. My suggestion to the Marriott is to never have guests next to a conference room that is full with another party after 10 or not book rm 320 when the other room is booked as well. As a Registered Nurse during a pandemic, I do understand how hard it is to work long hours, with difficult people, and be short staffed. We hope this is an opportunity of learning for the Marriott. We will probably try to stay one more time as the place was beautiful. I hope this information helps your company.

Great stay in Omaha

Friendly staff, clean, up to date hotel, with nice rooms and comfortable beds. Excellent stay. If you ever use hotels.com for booking (which I don't recommend) be sure you find a hotel with this type of rating. Many of the ratings on hotels.com are very misleading as are the photos, but this place was the real deal.
