Excellent place to stay with great service and hospitality by Adele and Viola. A real treat to stay there! Superb location and clean, great rooms. Highly recommended.

This is a luxury guesthouse (mini-hotel) with 5 rooms within a larger building right across from the beautiful Piazza del Popolo and right next to the Borghese Gardens. There Is a coffee shop, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy and other shops in this block/right outside the door and the Metro is right outside the front door. Many attractions (the Pantheon, Vatican, etc) are within a 20-35 minute walk. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for us and provided some breakfast items at 7:15 am prior to the scheduled breakfast time which was 8-10 am. The “continental” breakfast has a great variety of items, including fresh croissants, cakes, cereal, yogurt, bread, biscuits, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, cold meats/cheese, etc. The guesthouse is staffed during the day from about 7:15/7:30 am until late in afternoon and a phone number is provided to call if anything is needed outside staff hours. They gave us a key to the outside door, and our room key opened the door into the guesthouse, which was very convenient. The guesthouse and furnishings were all new and modern, beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice and all was very clean. There is an in-room safe, coffee/tea supplies, mini-bar, etc. There is a lift to get you and your luggage up to the second floor where the guesthouse is located. Staff provided maps and tourist info. Wifi worked well. We can’t say enough good things about this place.

The building is unique from the outside and the marble staircase and the retro-style elevator is beautiful. The owner was very friendly and the onsite staff was absolutely awesome!! The location is very very good.

Lovely place to stay in Rome. The room is spacious and immaculate with a comfortable bed. Great location. Viola was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She made our stay special.

Staff was helpful, attentive and trying to accomodate my schedule Property is located close to the metro and within easy reach of places of interest Room and bathroom were large while breakfast was also included

Wonderful place in the middle of everything you will want to see in Rome! My GF loved the freshly made coffee every morning by their staff and the breakfast. Shower was amazing, water pressure was sooooo great! Staff was super friendly!

This is a beautiful property conveniently located right next to the Piazza del Popolo. It's extremely safe, a few flights up with a door guard and keys and pass cards to enter. The room we stayed in was scrupulously clean, luxurious and very lovely -- modern art on the walls, champagne silk curtains, a fuschia orchid. Big bathroom with a powerful, hot rain shower. We had a gift assortment of pastries delivered to the room the second day -- so thoughtful! Bed is soft but firm, a fantastic night's sleep. Adele and Viola provided excellent service -- and helped us with logistics when our flights were cancelled twice, by arranging taxis and an early breakfast. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

We had a great stay in Rome at this cute and well located guesthouse! We were able to walk to all the major sites and the guesthouse was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and set up an airport pick-up for us along with providing other suggestions. Breakfast was lovely as well. When we had an issue with a drain, it was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend staying here!

The location is fantastic. Many nice places to eat in the neighborhood. The rooms are up to date and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely return.
