Good location. Poor maintenance, rooms smelled of smoke

The hotel is super cute and hipster (if your looking for that). Modern touches and fun novelties from the 90s. This hotel is def IG worthy. Also the staff and location were superb. Easy access from the train station (5 min walk) and within the Wyck district of great shopping :) Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service and friendly staff, coffee, ice lollies, fruit and Danish pastries - you just help yourself!! A hotel well worth staying at, close to railway station and shopping... would definitely stay there again....

This was my second stay here and I'll be back next time I'm in Maastricht. I can't really fault the hotel in any way. It is a short walk from the train station so it's good to not have to carry big luggage too far on cobblestone streets. Once there, it's easy to go anywhere in the town on foot as Maastricht is quite a compact place. Free hot drinks and snacks also make it good value for money. Cleanliness was better than a few four-start hotel I stayed at.

Wonderful stay. Great location and staff. Comfortable room and nice included breakfast. Minibar at no additional cost was welcoming and convenient.
