The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly, close to the beach and to the city’s entertainment area. My only concern were the towels. Only two oer room for a two day stay for two people and they looked old and kind of raggedy. I prefer clean looking, fluffy towels and possibly more than one per person if I am staying more than one night.

Choose a different hotel.

Check in takes a long time. Rooms not very clean with ratty towels. The breakfast was pretty good and we enjoyed the rooftop.

I’m extremely upset that I didn’t receive any VIP benefit. No free room upgrade and no free bottle of wine … I specifically chose this hotel because it was a VIP member … disappointing

Even if you book room for 2 people, you get only one towel, one coffee cup, one coffee bag, one bottle of water. Beside checking in it took more than 30 minutes

The staff were nice on the face but the towels were not given after asking and also the room was changed after check in and the check in took more than 30 mins

I don’t even know where to start. I felt I was in Ibis hotel when I arrived. Lobby completely busy, people lining up to do the check-in. It took forever to complete my check-in processes, when I learned the hotel was having a plumbing problem and there was no water until 12 pm. Once I arrived in my bedroom, I realized they gave me a dirty one with the stuff left from the previous guest. I request to the cleaning ladies who were in the aisle to contact the lobby and they prompted helped me to switch bedrooms and accommodate me and my family in a clean one. However, there were no towels in the clean one. Once I put my baby to rest before we go out for dinner

Would you like to be robbed?

I booked and payed in advance. When I arrived they did not honor the reservation. It was obvious they overbooked. They refused to give me a refund They would not give me any paperwork to prove I showed up. They said they would get me another room at a different hotel after an hour and a half they had nothing. It is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
