Great hotel in a great location - close to amenities but not too close. Roof-top was great but pool area could have been slightly better designed.

Great modern hotel in Santiago. I was there for one night for a business trip and found this hotel to be a great option.

Wonderful hotel and facilities and the staff were very accommodating. The hotel is in a mostly residential area but an easy walk or taxi to many places in Santiago and walking or cycling distance to Cerro San Cristóbal. The dining room menu was a little limited so consider dining out at many of the wonderful restaurants nearby. Overall it was a great choice for my business travel.

It looked like as large hotel from the pictures. However, we were pleased when we arrived

Great location less than a ten minute walk to all the bars and restaurants of Providencia. Also a ten minute walk to the beautiful main park with great views of the Andes. The hotel was nicely decorated and clean with an excellent breakfast (they cook eggs your way!) and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at this hotel for than week. It is in a great location (Providencia), all of the staff were friendly and always helpful with any request, the rooms were clean, modern comfortable, the kitchen and wait staff provided excellent service, and the food was excellent. In short our experience that Ladera was wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The attention to detail is second to none. The staff can’t do enough for you. The location is excellent and the views of the city and mountains stunning. This is the only hotel I would stop at in Santiago. Simply outstanding
