We enjoyed our visit, our room was clean. We had everything we needed. Housekeeping stopped by every morning to make sure we had everything we needed. It was an older hotel but it has been updated and kept up, we will stay again.

had everything I needed, even coffee maker in room. bed very comfy. great staff. nice decor, priced super great. will definitely stay again!

best deal for the price....not the Hilton ,but livable.Office manager very nice..

Good stay toilet did not flush when i first arrived. I said somethi g and it was fixed in minutes!

The room was comfy, and the gentleman who greeted me was very helpful and kind. Tv worked well, and there was WiFi in house. I took a shower at night and the hot water didn’t seem to last very long, but I had no problems with it in the morning. For the price I paid, I definitely can’t complain and I’d recommend it as a great budget stay.

Staff was nice but the place was dirty. They didn’t change the sheets before I got there. Linen was dinghy

This was the perfect hotel for a weekend of hiking. The hotel is nicely tucked away from the main room and had a very cozy feeling. It is definitely the Ritz Carlton, but given how old everything seems to be (it does need some updating), the place is extremely clean. I commend the staff for maintain it looking respectable and clean. It has all the amenities you want a hotel without any frills or fuss to have. The gentleman at the check in office was very thorough in explaining things about our room an hotel. He was very nice when we checked in. Although some guests have left negative reviews, that was not the case for us. I guess you get what you put out. But if you’re looking for budget friendly, clean and just a shower with a bed to crash on during your trip, this is the place for you! We will surely come back on our next visit to the area

Despite outside appearance the hotel room was clean & comfy. The manager was very helpful & polite.

It must of have been really nice when it was built but it's clearly had to have a lot of modern amenities like air showers refrigeration and a microwave added post construction. Manager was friendly and professional but had trouble hearing. It's a little out of the way but besides that it was a nice stay.
