room wasn’t very clean housekeeping needs to pay closer attention to detail. Such as the bottom of the toilet, dust on the ceiling fan and blinds, jacuzzi was dirty. Overall we were happy just noticed a few minor things that could have been a little more cleaner

Very clean property and room. We didn’t feel uncomfortable with the room. We had a good night sleep. The hotel and room had a clean smell to it, very important to us.

Our stay for the most part was fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay in the midst of COVID. I do have some suggestions. 1. They should tell you when you check in that you have towels in your bathroom for both the room and the pool. 2. I think the hotel should invest in bigger TVs for the rooms. 3. They should clean all the balcony furniture and the balcony. 4. We were disappointed we couldn't ride the horses.

The rooms in the villa are spacious, there are a lot od ammenities that the whole family can enjoy. Wi-fi is slow and no signal at times.

The property was amazing. The hotel was hriendly and he water park. I think i left my pad there My friend told me we should drive up there and get it (staying overnight again in the process....) Yes that good

I loved everything about my stay the amenities, my room, the location, the staff, absolutely everything. The only issue i had was that I couldn't hook up my firestick n some of the outlets didnt work but this was an amazing little getaway. Cant wait to do it again.

They have all you need,food ,water park,and near by shopping,

We love staying here! We usially get the 2 bedroom executive suite ( its basically a condo) has a regular indoor & outdoor pool for free as well as a waterpark on property for a small aditional charge! Its one of our favorite quick getaways. Highly recommend

I like all the different attractions, but I didn’t like that it was advertised that the grand room had a fire place and the one I had didn’t have a fire place and I was told by the front desk that the area we stayed in was the only area without fire place and that’s what I paid for

The stay was good. I would recommend this place to everyone for a family getaway.
