Location was amazing though it took a bit of time on arrival to work out where to pick up the keys (which is a hotel not far away). The apartment was enormous and clean with comfortable beds and big bathrooms. They left some basic food items like olive oil, jam, Nutella etc but we didn’t cook. There’s a few minor maintenance issues (cupboards that don’t close, spa cover jets coming off in the bath) but overall a nice place to stay with lots of space and enough room to cook if desired.

Beautiful Property (executive level!!), perfect location and even more beautiful staff! Our 12 yr old son became very ill the night before our checkout and the Staff could not have been more helpful!! (Alexandra and Andreas...Grazi!!) They were very understanding and made every concession possible....for Venice in the high season!! Incredible service!! We would highly recommend them to anyone coming to Venice! Very clean and well presented. Central location. Room was quite dark. Spacious apartment and location was good, near Rialto bridge. Many shops restaurants and supermarket nearby.

The apartment was spacious and clean and we had 3 rooms which allowed my 2 boys to have their own room. Had some issues with the AC, but overall a very nice property. Had to walk over a bridge to get to the front desk, which was a bit annoying with our luggage. Great location close to the Rialto bridge.

Excellent location in heart of the shopping district. Only a block away from Rialto bridge. Hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. Apartment is 2 min from the hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as when you get off the water taxi from the airport, it is very convenient with all the luggage to stay closer to a transportation network. There is also a grocery store around the corner if you're staying longer.

Great location and really clean

Pretty good experience here. Stayed with my family of 5 (including a 13, 11 and 9 year old). The decor was excellent and they apartment was really large. Was also in a great location which made it easy to get to the top attractions. Checking in was also a breeze as we had read the notes and comments which guides us to the airialli for check in. Overall a great stay. Some mild negatives. Could not get the air conditioning to cool to the level that we were comfortable at. It worked okay but not great. Also confirm the comment made by another reviewer. There is some boiler or one other machine in the apartment which makes a periodic thud. While it did not bother us too much after we got used to it - a light sleeper might experience disruptions. Overall a great experience.

The best apartment in Venice , excellent location , just steps from the Rialto bridge , ideal for a family of 5 or 6 people , definitely I will stay again .

Couldn’t recommend this accommodation highly enough. Great location close to Rialto bridge, shopping and restaurants, as well as San Marco square. Stunning apartments, tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable for our family holiday. Couldn’t work out the TV though but didn’t matter as the Irish pub around the corner had the tennis on! Loved Venice.
