Great stay in Ubud

Rooms, location (15 mins walk to Ubud center), property were all comfortable, nice staff, clean everywhere, great pool, a big spread of breakfast. The only negative point is the lack of lift which led us to walk on the stairs 3 floors but not bad for youngsters like us.

Lovely Hotel

Gorgeous hotel with really nice staff. The location is a little out of the main area but they have a complimentary shuttle that operates to the centre so is really convenient.

Such an amazing hotel. There were a few bumps during the stay but they took in all of my requests and made it special for my anniversary. It was unfortunate that the room they have upgraded me was rather poor in air conditioning and the changed room had an issue with the bathtub, but all in all has been a pleasant stay. The bed was amazing and the view and the tranquility away from the buzz is well worth. Breakfast is really top notch quality and I know why people were raving about it. Delicious! ❤️

For the most part the property is nice. It’s a little outside Ubud Centre but it’s quite which is good. The most upsetting part of our stay was the hotel booking us a taxi to the center and it costing 150,000. This is more than 3 times what it costs when you flag one. We also got a very small bit of washing done by the hotel. It came back to us in excellent condition and the same day but it’s cost more than 300,000 which is laughable. All in all we paid almost 800,000 for 4 drinks and our washing to be done. This caught us by surprise when checking out.

Excellent place and all as described in their description. The staff is great and always make sure you are satisfied with your stay. Very clean and the very quite. I will definitely come back when I am in Ubud again!

Nice, clean and comfortable

Lovely hotel, very clean and great location - walking distance from Ubud centre. Staff were very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible, despite a few misunderstandings. Breakfast was nice and the pool was great, never too busy.

Compare to price... just not that great

Actually hotel was good location but compare to price... it was old. When I first came into the lobby, staffs are even not say really hello to us. It was completely not busy. Also, check out I was not happy with staff service. She have to let us know me before I ask her about good to go. Because i had to hurry to next place. I hurry to go. She saw. Room clean was just fair. I am not planning to go back to the hotel again.
