Location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the main town center. Plenty of parking. Windows open to get free air. Beds are comfortable. Reception staff spoke English and was very friendly. The breakfast is very basic. Access to the pool and rooftop area is extra, not included with room. The only thing I didn't like was that the hallway on the second floor smelled very bad. The only way to air it out would be to leave room doors open (and their windows open), mid-day when guests are out. The adjoining ground-level restaurant was very good. Overall, very happy with the hotel and will stay there again.

Very large strangely designed hotel. Helpful staff, nice rooms good breakfast. Wonderfully located with parking 5 minutes to city center.

Perfect

The hotel is very big and with a lot of corridors very bad connected. But the staff is very friendly and the panoramic terrace to the town with swimming poll and hot bath makes all perfect. Very nice to see the sunset from the terrace bar with a nice drink. This place I think is perfect for couple then family.

A wonderful hotel

This was an excellent hotel and in an excellent location. There was lots of parking for this hotel. the breakfast was the best I have experienced in the last 10 years. The only negative was that I did not figure out how to control the heat and the room was a bit warm at night, so that we left the window open for coolness. Mikulov is a wonderful place to spend a few days and relax and enjoy the local color.

Nice pleasant hotel

Room and service very comnfortable. Great location. Use of spa facilities reportedly free in the morning. Best breakfast I'd had in Czech Republic hotels! Omelette chef on standby! Hotel had own brewery and winery! Only downside was couldnt get teh wifi to work in public areas. A few other guests also said the same. My room was a way from reception so it may have been in a different building. Hotel said it was working - not so sure.

Expected better

The staff at reception was nice, but sadly the big downer for me is that beds are too hard. I travel a lot and never really complained about this before. The spa facilities are extra which I didn't expect, but also were shut in the morning for cleaning. There is a bar on the top roof but you can't use it without the spa so we couldn't enjoy the view from there (and that was the main reason I booked this hotel). Not sure what this bar actually serve either (it seemed more like a pool refreshments type bar). They seemed to have a lot of spaces shut (another couple bars potentially), a little surprising seeing it should have been high season. The restaurant staff spoke very little English and the Spa staff none, so the service was a let down. Also I paid a little extra on hotels.com for a room with balcony and we did not get one. It's not a bad hotel, but it has let us down in quite a few little ways. For one night and at this price, it's not the end of the world. But I don't think I'd stay there again. On a positive note, we enjoyed the restaurant outside seating.

Une bonne adresse pour un court séjour

Très bien de façon générale : chambres spacieuses , propreté parfaite , petits déjeuners copieux et bonnes capacités de stationnement . Possibilité d'acheter un grand choix de vins de Moravie .

4 hvězdy? Špatný vtip. Na pokoji zašlapaný koberec jak do vstupní haly. Koupelna opravdu už za zenitem. Snídaně naopak super.
