The staff was amazing! Small, family-run , but with care, efficiency and attention to detail. Great welcome drink, and Alphonso and Isaac were fantastic. Very good breakfast, and best of all - we saw a giant Scarlet Macaw from our balcony. The location can't be beat.

The bungalows were beautiful and roomy. Hosts were helpful. Located near the waterfalls and 5 minute drive (short walk) to town. Tour from hotel to Arenal was very good. Nice property.

I loved this place and the pic's are exactly what the ground are like but even prettier in real life. They have a river you can walk to see horses. The staff is amazing they will arrange everything for you. Call Jungle Scout for your tours ask for Eric.

Location was nice. It was within walking distance of La Fortuna. Property was nice. No frills basic place. Staff was nice. Did not like the fact that the room was so close to the road. Noisy. Also neighbour had a turkey which would start making noise early in the morning. Only breakfast was served here. Bar is very small

My husband and I traveled with 4 kids ages 16, 13, 11 and 10. We rented 2 of the cabins. This property was perfect for the kind of vacation we wanted to have. It is a beautiful property. You feel like you are in the rainforest and you have your own individual cabin. You hear the sounds of your surroundings in the morning but you also get the comfort of air conditioning. Showers are big. They do provide shampoo and body wash. Also, towels, hand towels and wash clothes are all provided. I had read that not everywhere provides washcloths so I was pleased. We accidentally left cash in the safe once we left and they proactively reached out to us and sent the money to us via Paypal. I wish there was a way to close the door to the cabin without it locking. Having 2 cabins for our family, we were going back and forth between cabins a lot and it was inconvenient to always make sure someone had a key or someone needed to let someone in. Most people will not have 2 cabins though so it will be less of an issue for most. The only other thing I will mention is that there is a lack of furniture in the room so you will have to keep almost everything in your suitcase. Having kids, it would have been nice to have a few more places to set things out for the kids. We would absolutely stay here again. It is a beautiful unique property!

Such a beautiful property!! Staff was so nice and the grounds were absolutely amazing! Breakfast was cooked to order on their patio. So good!! Will come back again!
