Not family appropriate

This hotel is on an arterial road from the airport and close to coyacan. It's definitely an adult's only hotel. Lots of moaning coming from rooms.

Noises At All Hours

Building maintenance outside. There is a large 6 lanes of highway or avenue that’s very busy and noisy. Hotel staff was not helpful. There was loud noisy neighbors on our 2nd floor until early morning which sounded like parties. There is a constant beeping noise from the parking garage all night long. We had until 1pmtochevk our do we did some site seeing in the morning but by 12pm our room was already locked. Hotel restaurant staff just played on their cell phones. Bad restaurant service.

ok, sort of

Stayed here so that we could catch an early pullman de morelos bus to Cuernavaca. What was good was the service at breakfast (not free) one floor up from lobby. The guys there were very helpful to look for my glasses, I left accidentally in the lobby but without any luck. Also, they helped us get to a currency exchange, they actually gave us a lift. The hotel is just ok, needs some updates like trims here and there. We booked Friday night for a Saturday night stay, didn't have much to choose from. I am a little fussy so I would only give it 2 out of 5, If you're not fussy you'll be ok.

Rooms have a strong smoking odor; Sex channels are open and many and come without warning. Reception ladies are not professional, nor kind or happy with their work. maybe they just need a rise in their salary.As clients we are treated as a fifth class clients. Maybe they think than staying there is the same as staying in a motel. It was not only me, since I observed other clients; most of the interaction with Reception was with a bad attitude. They are as prepotent as Trump. With so many offers in Mexico City I don´t need to stay by once again to this cheap Hotel, cheap in all aspects. I wonder why it is listed on Expedia.
