Well, There’s a huge problem with acessability, bringinging luggages for the hotel is quite a stressfu situation if you arrive by car and need to park nearby. All clobbestones... Also as we stayed in a loft style room, the first floor stayed chilled all our stay...

Every detail in the hotel and in the room was really cool. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff was really helpful too!

The handrail which goes up the stair to the bathroom was broken (pulled out of wall) almost fell down the stairs as I went up. All the power in the room kept going off after the second time and they couldn’t fix it they moved us to another room.

Wonderfully atmospheric hotel in the perfect spot overlooking the main river right at the heart of this great city.

The hotel was absolutely lovely - well decorated, perfect location right in the middle of the historic center, next to great shopping and restaurants and easily accessible from tram to St Pieter’s Station. I busted at Christmas so we were right in the middle of the Christmas market, which I loved - but would just caution that it is rather bustling outside til late in the evening, if you are looking for a quiet location. Will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing is a little bit weak for this hotel. Unique, outstanding, rare, exceptional are closer to reality. Beautifully restored ancient building in the heart of Gand. Beautiful rooms. great breakfast and outstanding service. The kind of hotel you only see once or twice in your life.

I just stayed for the second time this year. It’s an incredibly beautiful property, with handsome design details. Initially, I only visited Ghent for this hotel; both the hotel and the town exceeded my expectations. We plan to return again and again. Rooms are cozy and have really elevated touches like coffee and tea makers in the room, bar essentials for cocktails and even little cutting boards with lemons etc for a twist. Everything feels very special and cozy. The hotel is chic and cozy.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the only downside was the bed was a bit to soft for me which made it difficult to sleep.
