New Beachfront Oceanview 3bd 3ba Luxury Penthouse W/private Roof top Terrace

Hot tube did not work 6 out of 7 days we were there. Air conditioning leaked water last night of our stay. Loved the roof top deck and over all we were comfortable. I recommend you arrive early to get the full explanation of how things work. Found out after cold shower the handles for hot and cold are reversed from what we have in the US

Oceania went above and beyond our expectations. Check in was a breeze, as was check out. The condo was clean and spacious. The beds were comfy. The main balcony was our most used space during the week and offered enough room for the five of us (all adults). The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs, and even beach toys for younger kids if needed. The location offered amazing views. Every morning waking up to the ocean view and the beach was spectacular. Sunsets on the rooftop, breath taking. The gated community added a little extra security to our vacation. We never had to worry. Location? Perfect! We've been to Aruba 14 times prior. This was our first stay on Eagle beach, and it will not be our last. Pristine beach just steps away from the condo. The beach was quiet, much less congested than the Palm beach location we are used to. We were with in walking distance of some amazing restaurants and shopping areas. We can't wait to go back and visit again. Enjoy as we did!

Manicured landscaped property meticulously keeped with gated security and 24 hour patrolling security guards.Pool, water views and sunsets could not have been prettier overlooking Eagle Beach. Condo had everything supplied for grilling, cooking and lunch’s, restaurants and Super Food markets for everything else. Accommodations listed 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with terrace and hot tub. VRBO needs updating -Linens supplied were worn out &some deferred maintenance needed. It did not exceed expectations. Paying premium prices ,one would Expect a better quality in furniture and some beds need replacing , including 3 rd bedroom with 2 full beds - couple could not get a good night sleep with the mattresses having been worn out. More comfortable seating on the 3 balconies would have been great instead of iron furniture. Tommy Bahama Beach chairs provided were new and comfortable. Did the top 10 TripAdvisor tips with exception of snorkeling and scuba diving. Our excursions with ABC rentals provided ATVs and a 3 hour tour thru rough terrain - small children and seniors cannot handle the many bumps and rocks. Carlos , our guide was very helpful when our ATV Broke down within minutes of leaving the starting point. They pick you up at hotel or VRBO and provided an intense experience. Rented a car and toured the island on last day and it was easy navigation to the Ayo caves, Alto Vista chapel and California lighthouse. Arikok National Park and shoreline. Made it to San Nicolas and Charlie’s famous bar - did not like Baby Beach- not worth the time or effort to be there. Eagle Beach was clean and we were never hassled by vendors. Did not go see flamingos on Renassiance Island for $100 pp since no shade was provided and only 7 non native flamingos there. Aruban people were very accommodating and friendly and our group always felt safe walking around and delighted to have spent a week among them. Would recommend a week for visit.

Just stayed for 10 days late Oct into Nov. Had a wonderful time. The grounds are well taken care of, the unit we stayed in was clean and updated. Had no issues. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful time. We loved the condo. Beautiful and clean! Very comfortable and well equipped. Great location. Loved the 3 balconies and the rooftop deck with hot tub! We were 10 people so was a little tight with just 3 bedrooms but couch and one of the rolllaways was comfortable for teens. One rollaway was not so comfortable. Eagle beach is beautiful.. best beach on Aruba! Can’t wait to go again

The location was perfect, very quiet and we felt like we had the place to ourselves. Loved it.

We stayed a week and a half with our two young girls (6 and 4) and their Grandma and Grandpa. The Condo was well-kept, spacious and as advertised. The Grounds were very well cared for, pools cleaned daily and incredibly easy access to the Beach and surrounding areas. Location was excellent on Eagle Beach and the views from the Balcony and Rooftop were fantastic. Very close to other resorts, casinos and Grocery Stores. Not a far drive/taxi up to the High-Rise area. Security was also very good. The only minor complaint, and I acknowledge it's a bit ticky-tack - was that the 2 King Beds were uncomfortable. They were very hard and unforgiving and caused uneasy sleep at times. In the end, I would recommend this property and we'll certainly take advantage the next time we come back!

We had a large group stay the week. Check in(and out we’re a breeze). Rooms, linens, furniture all were perfect for us. They provided everything nessesary for the beach and pool outings which was very nice. Pros: The terrace and hot tub were great for relaxing at the end of the day. The view-unbelievably beautiful! The grounds and pools were kept clean. Security was pleasant and informative. The location was perfect! Close to the beach, market, and bus stop. Beds weren’t as bad as other reviews suggested they were. The patio’s were used everyday! It was so relaxing! The layout of the living/dining room was perfect for our party. Cons: Toiletries were provided however some fell short. I realize it’s not a hotel but for large groups it should be standard to have a backup roll of toilet paper somewhere in the condo, if not in every bathroom. Especially when the first one wasn’t a full roll to start with. We had to scramble until we got the the market. Communication with management was obsolete until days before our arrival. Not sure why. I sent several messages(through my VRBO “trip” message board) with questions and advise we needed for bookings(like taxi’s & excursions) that went unanswered. We were supposed to get details for codes and condo information two weeks prior. Finally we got a response for the condo information just days before. That was frustrating and stressful for me. Would we stay here again-yes! The condo was perfect for us.

Came with my new bride and another couple for a 5 night stay! Had an amazing time. Very clean, very safe gated community. Minimal things almost not worth mentioning needed to be looked at. Only reason I mention them is to praise how fast management had someone come to the condo and have them fixed. This residence is maintained by a team and not just one person which truly showed in their response time to your needs. We had only one major issue that I am hesitant to mention due to managements fantastic response. One of the assistants showed up to the property and entered without an advance phone call or even knocking. With that said, when talking to her boss I was reassured that this was not protocol and I could tell she was almost as upset as we were. I almost didn’t even mention the incident on here because I believe her when she said she would handle it but I wanted to give an honest review! Other than that we loved our stay. The pools are never packed and the beach is mere feet away from the property. You will not regret staying at this condo and if you have any problems they are adamant that you inform them right away to maximize your stay!
