House 2 with everything anyone could want in stowe

This property was extremely clean and very spacious for our group of six. Everything you could need is included so definitely pack light! The fire pit and hot tub were elements that we really loved about this property. Anyone looking for a getaway to Stowe would really enjoy staying here!

We had six in our party and everyone had a wonderful time. Great kitchen for cooking , very spacious and well stocked. The living room also had a gorgeous fireplace which we used every night, there was plenty of wood provided, and a nice sized tv for watching football. The beds are comfortable and the rustic wood frames are gorgeous. Perfect Vermont getaway !! Looking forward to coming back!

My husband and I rented the log cabin for two nights before the Air BnB for our longer stay was ready. It’s a great place with lots of room and a cool atmosphere. We did spend two days working and had no issues with the internet at all. The hot tub was great for a quick break and our dogs loved the big yard for throwing balls! Would stay again.

We had a great stay and loved using the firepit!

First time in Vermont and it was nothing short of perfect. The leaves were changing all the different fall colors. The place itself was great. We loved having the hot tub to soak in after hiking (which amazing hikes are just a short drive away). We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable base for our group of 9.

We never occupied the cabin. Our contract with owner was for August 5, 2019 to August 15, 2019. Upon our arrival on August 5, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. check-in time, the cabin had not been cleaned from previous occupants. We then called and emailed owner at phone and email provided by owner. We did not receive a response from anyone until 9:20 p.m. As it was so late we had been forced to check into a hotel. When owner finally called, he apologized and said cabin would be ready the next day. We were not interested in staying in the cabin at this point because: A) Owner broke contract by not having the cabin ready for the 5 p.m. check-in date and had not bothered to inform us of anything until 9:20 p.m.; B) Owner had failed to return our call or email in a timely manner, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and responsibility; C) Owner stated that he would have the cabin ready the next day, August 6, by 11:00 a.m. rather than the 5:00 p.m. check-in time, so that we would not have to pay for an additional night at the hotel. When we arrived at the cabin on August 6 at 11:00 a.m., the cabin was in exactly the same unclean condition which we had found it on August 5 at 5:00 p.m. the previous day; D) We considered the contract to be null and void because the owner did not meet his contractual obligations. Therefore, we respectfully expect a full refund. However, owner only provided us with a refund to cover the first night of our rental agreement. If VRBO/owner does not agree to our full refund we have been advised by our attorney to refer this matter to the Vermont Attorney General's Consumer Assistance Office. Please inform us as to the steps we need to follow to receive our refund.
