Exceptional Palmetto Dunes Villa! UV Light System Kills Viruses! 5-star Reviews!

We’ve been trying to make our way back to this villa since 2016. We booked this trip over a year ago and have been counting down the days for the opportunity to stay here again! 2020, with all of its faults, allowed us the most wonderful vacation. The gorgeous fall weather certainly helped! As advertised, it’s a very large unit nestled in the trees with tons of privacy. We observed several different types of wildlife in the trees and in the pond daily, as well as many golfers hitting their balls into that very same pond :). The natural light coming into the condo is a show stopper. The master bed is amazingly comfortable, making us always want to buy a new bed for our home after we stay here. There’s nice hardwood flooring now throughout the villa, with the same comfortable couches and chairs for many lounging options. Enjoy a short bike ride to the beach with the provided bikes (other villas don’t include - such a great perk). The large dining room table allowed us to enjoy a few dinners in using the provided deck grill to make steaks and seafood. Palmetto Dunes as a whole is still the best place to stay on the island. We personally were thankful for those on the island in businesses and public who seemed to be careful about wanting guests to feel safe during the pandemic. We’ve stayed at other villas in PD, and can attest that this one is the BEST! Another perfect stay, thanks Stan and Jane!

We loved this little house! It was so close to the beach and the perfect size! It was everything we needed and we can’t wait to go back!

The villa is very nice. Location is great. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities. Very nice appliances. Really enjoyed the community pool. This is the third villa we have stayed at in St. Andrews, and this is the best experience we have had. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

We found the villa to be very clean, very well equipped/furnished, and beautifully appointed. We especially appreciated the use of the two bikes. The owners were so prompt and helpful with details-we definitely recommend this villa!

What a very nice condo! We loved the wrap around deck with the view of the golf course. The owners great and very accommodating . I would/will rent this property again.

Villa was just as pictured. We cooked in at night and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The villa is very quiet and completely updated. We saw lots of birds in the pond. Stan was great to work with! We hope to stay there again.

This villa is perfectly located in Palmetto Dunes with convenient access to so many shops and restaurants. The views from the villa are awesome and the amenities are great. I consider myself very picky when it comes to vacation rentals and I must say I was definitely impressed with everything about this villa especially the cleanliness and the up to date decorations/furniture (did I mention the cleanliness---super clean!). Very comfortable beds and spacious living quarters. The owners are super nice and answer emails promptly and provide contact information which is always a plus for me. Do not hesitate to give this rental a try for your vacation in Hilton Head. My family and I are most definitely looking forward to future stays and to be honest will be hard-pressed to even consider somewhere else in Hilton Head.

We enjoyed the villa so much. It fitted our requirements. The setting of the villa was very inviting and cozy. Whatever we need, it just magically can be found in the villa. Also, the location was very convenient either to beaches or shops and restaurants. The best of all, the owner was very helpful and quick respond. I will definitely recommend this villa to my friends.
