New Beachfront Oceanview 3bd 3ba Luxury Penthouse W/private Roof top Terrace

Lovely penthouse condo on Eagle Beach - one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It was perfect for our 3-generation family, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Great location - only 2 miles from the high rise area, 2 miles from the fishing dock area, close to food stores. The property is lovely with 4 pools and a quick walk across the street to the beach. The family loved it. Will definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing condo, with oceanfront views. We were 10 people (7 adults, 3 kids) had plenty of room to accommodate us. The unit was clean, spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed. The ground were kept nice and clean. Pools were great.

We have stayed in this condo the last 2 years and love the location, beach and amenities. Great views from all the balconies. The roof top is an amazing place to sit and watch the ocean and stars in the evening. The furnishings are ok, but not exceptional. The master bed is a little soft. But overall we highly recommend this unit and facility. We particularly like that the pools are not crowded nor is the beach. The beach is one of the nicest we have ever been too.

Great place for a family

We were greeted upon our arrival by a very nice host that showed us around the condo. First off, she informed us there was a problem with the ice maker that it wouldn't shut off automatically we would have to manually raise the automatic arm once the ice container was full. We slept in the bedroom with the twin beds and the headboards were not attached to the frame and every time one of us would move they banged against the wall. After we were there a couple of days the electricity went out in the kitchen, hall bath, and back bedroom. When I called the contact person she was snide with me and said we probably got something wet. I explained that I didn't think we did and she said she would send an electrician over she just didn't know when. I said since I have you on the phone we can't seem to get the HOT TUB water hot. She stated that it was a cold tub... only there to cool you off. I asked her why is it advertised as a HOT TUB. When the electrician arrived he knew exactly what the issue was..everytime it rains he said the outside receptacles get moisture in them and kicks off the breakers in the electrical panel. The main issue we had was the lack of coverage on the windows. If you are there to sleep in it's not going to happen. They need blackout blinds or curtains. The Twin bedroom has an outside light from the hallway that shines into the room from sunset to sunrise. The other couples in the oceanview rooms said it was so bright in the mornings they couldn't sleep in. In our bathroom there were two recessed lights over the mirror and one was out and the toilet tissue holder was broken. When we checked out I mentioned this to our host and it was obvious she knew about it and it had not been fixed. Also, the patio table was uneven; therefore, when we would have coffee in the morning there was always a spill or two. Overall, we loved Aruba. The Oceania Resort grounds and pools were pretty and well kept and the views we had were beautiful, but as I stated earlier, the owner needs to put some money into this unit

We were all super happy with the property. Our family of five plus two cousins from Germany stayed at the property. My cousin and wife stayed nearby and spent lots of time there too. It is a spacious apartment and never seemed crowded and the three bathrooms made sure there were no bottlenecks. We found the table leaf that expanded to fit all ten of us. It was magical to have all of us together for dinner with Eagle Beach as the backdrop. I was worried when I read a few reviews e.g. thread bare sheets (must have been replaced before we arrived) and over sized furniture. The couch and love-seat were large but in proportion with the room. The simple fact is large living room furniture is more comfortable! I use a walker and I never had problems maneuvering anywhere in the apartment. If I was Cindy I would get rid of the bar but it wasn't a problem. The location was great - especially since they extended the road (4B?) right past the front gate. The pool was beautiful and not too warm and not too cold. And the kids went to Eagle Beach to swim many times, even late in the evening. The rooftop terrace was nice, but Aruba's relentless wind limited how long we wanted to stay up there. We found the restaurants in Aruba pretty blah. They have a habit of overcooking fish and seafood. So we stocked up at Superfoods nearby and used the well appointed kitchen to prepare most meals. Overall a lovely place with plenty of room, a great location and a spectacular pool. It is hard to imagine having a better holiday and the apartment was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended!

Awesome Vacation. The accommodations were just perfect. The unit was clean, bath towels, beach towels, bedding, beach chairs, were all provided. The unit faced the ocean, and the sunsets were off the hook. We will definitely be back.

We loved the condo - it had more then enough space for our family of 5!! The balcony faces the ocean - it was our favorite place. We feel that Eagle beach is the best beach on the island and it’s a very short walk from the condo. We felt very safe staying at this resort. Everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this unit!

Fantastic location. Owner actually gave us a call before arrival and was very helpful . Staff on site was always very attentive .Walk across the street you are on the Beach .They have thought of everything to make beach enjoyable ( beach chairs and cooler). Hot tub and nice pools. Location provided reasonable places to eat and party . Short ride to high rise or in to town .Three large bedrooms . One of our best vacations ever. Don
