Last Minute Cottage by the sea

What a great place to stay! Firstly the pictures are exactly what you get - the deck is inspiring with the sea literally a couple of metres away. The wifi is great and the apartment has everything you need. One of the previous reviews describes it as similar to a houseboat and this is apt - lots of small spaces that have been really well utilised. One piece of advice would be to have a car at your disposal (there is a car parking space available) as you are a mile from the shops either way and although there are a couple of restaurants locally the best L'Ulivo is a couple of miles into the mountains. We drove into Palermo early - better than any theme park for an adrenaline rush - but you could walk 1.3 miles to the station (didn't really see any taxis at all). From the initial booking and throughout our whole trip Paolo and Guilia were fantastic hosts - regular contact, recommendations, cake and other treats on arrival made this trip really special. Thanks to you both we had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We stayed at Paolo’s lovely apartment for a few days in September. He is such a nice friendly and helpful man. The accomodation is cosy but the outside space and terrace is superb. It’s a short drive into Trabia but there are fish restaraunts within walking distance. We went into Palermo by train from Trabia as the city is chaotic, the train was easy and no hassle. Drives around the Targo Fiorio route and the museum in Termini Imerese were the highlights plus a visit to Corleone to see the CIDMA exhibition. Thank you Paolo for a lovely stay. Ciao

Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Hausbesitzer Paolo ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sofort um alles wenn was benötigt wird. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus ist einfach überragend. Zum entspannen sehr zu empfehlen. Da wir 2 Pärchen waren ist die Aufteilung der 2 Schlafzimmer ungünstig gewählt da eine Öffnung für die Klimaanlage vorhanden ist und man somit keine Privatsphäre hat. Hier ist dann die zusätzliche Buchung der unteren Wohnung zu empfehlen. Aber für eine Familie mit Kindern ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist alles da was man täglich braucht. Somit kann ich die Wohnung bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der oberen Wohnung sehr genossen! Sie ist sehr hübsch und effizient möbliert, aber für sechs Personen vielleicht doch etwas klein. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich aber wunderbar verweilen und den Ausblick aufs Meer genießen. Paolo und seine Freundin waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und tolle Gastgeber. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen, um den Norden Siziliens inkl. Palermo zu erkunden. Es liegt sehr gut an alles angebunden, aber trotzdem ruhig und schön am Meer.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer mit sehr netten Vermietern.

Tutto!!! Paolo è stato fenomenale! Ci ha fatto trovare la vasca idromassaggio (non prevista) in terrazza con vista sul mare.. Ci ha consigliato spiagge, ristoranti, messo a disposizione biciclette. La struttura è bellissima e ben posizionata, con accesso privato in spiaggia. Pulizia eccellente con trattamento all'ozono. Grazie di tutto!!!

Posizione eccellente dove si può godere dall'alba al tramonto di tutte le sfumature cromatiche del cielo accompagnate dal rumore del mare che ti coccola 24 h su 24 h , ottimo per chi ama il mare in tutti i suoi aspetti ...e poi che c'è di meglio che assaporare i pasti immersi in questo paradiso ! Lo consiglio sicuramente !

Super Ausblick auf dem Balkon.

Great place, great host, awesome view from the terrace to the sea Stayed there with family for 7 days in off season late October 2020. Fully equiped household, wifi, private beach access, outdoor pool, 2 bathrooms. Minor deficit: the "3" bedrooms weren't fully separated from each other. For families ok, for 3 couples might be challenging ;-) Therefore 4/5 for accuracy Many thanks to Paolo the host! We really enjoyed our time at your place.

We really enjoyed our stay in the house and had a great and relaxing time. The bedroom is very cosy, clean and nicely decorated. The terrace is marvellous with a great view as it is so close to the sea. We enjoyed sitting there having breakfast with the crystal clear sea aside and watching the marvellous sunsets at dinner time. The house is equipped with everything you need and very clean. Paolo and his family are really helpful and made us a comfortable stay at the location. The pictures show exactly how it looks like. We can really recommend this nice and beautiful place. Thanks for a great and relaxing time.
