The hotel itself was ok and the breakfast was good They were having issues with the fire alarm which went off throughout the day (including 02:00) The decor could do with an update but location is fantastic and the added bonus of the pool which our daughter loved despite the weather not being great

Very old building which was very nice but lots of stairs and no working lift. Ok for younger people but not so good for us oldies. No porter service to carry luggage. Breakfast excellent and staff kept everything wiped down after each guest.

Really good place good pool lovely staff will definitely be coming back again

It was listed as onsite parking but not enough space to fit an estate car. Extremely noisy other guests outside smoking all hours we had people running up and down the corridor at 2.10am. Tv remote didn’t work no lock and couldn’t ever shut the bathroom door without having to lean something up against it.for how much it was the room was extremely cramped. Staff were friendly and breakfast was nice

Had a nice stay. Hotel was right next to sea front. Room was very dated and needs some tlc, but was clean. Breakfast was good and the lady running breakfast was great especially with the COVID19 measures in place. we enjoyed our stay.

My stay at Hotel Victoria was disappointing. The pictures did not match what I saw. Beds were terrible, very uncomfortable. Towels were old and worn out. Breakfast!!! Staff were friendly, that was a plus. But I did not like the room at all.

Great location, nice lounge, beautiful pool. Rooms okay, bathroom too small, unable to shower standing up due to inclined side wall, TV with no remote control, Lift out of order permanently, No full time receptionist, Breakfast on Sunday between 9-10, checkout at 10, chargeable late check out. Overall rating 6/10.

The decor is very dated. Staff are pleasant, bar prices are astranomical, pool is good. First morning there sent breakfast back as it was cold, turned up couple of mins later on a very hot plate, but food luke warm. Bread looked at toaster and decided it wouldn't stay in there very long. Car parking is limited, if you have a large car. Hand sanitiser and wipes all hand when you enter the building and at breakfast time. The ladies are always cleaning when not delivering the breakfasts. Our room was OK, curtains needed washing and windows needed cleaning. We could use the toilet and wash our feet in the shower at the same time.

Decent enough to stay. We were out the majority of the day and evening anyway. Used the pool which was a bonus as I don't think there are many hotels in the area with a pool.
