Disappointed customers

The bed was uncomfortable, and what is a hotel if the bed is so bad that you can’t sleep and ultimately get sick. The kitchen didn’t even have a strainer for pasta! And the utensils still had the stickers on… The room was spacious but didn’t even have a dedicated work space. The pool was freezing, and the breakfast had the cheapest, worst food possible, not even an orange or a yogurt! Not worth the money.

Hot tubbing it

Beautiful hotel. Haven't ever seen a room with 2 sets of Queen bunkbeds before. It was perfect for our big family. Hot tub was wonderful, swimming pool was way too cold. Beds were super comfortable but couldn't override the yapping dog that woke us up around 6. Enjoyed the outdoor patio in the back too- with a fire put and outdoor heaters.

The room was nice, but not overly clean. We tried this hotel out during the off season and will probably stick to our usual one down the road in the future. Nice staff, very convenient location. But the $$$ pet fee, cleanliness of the room, and wobbly rails at the pool didn’t work for us.

Hilton in Moab Utah

Great place to stay in Moab. Highly recommend. Good free continental breakfast. Nice room I have ever stayed in.

Check in was awful. She was nice enough, but had no idea what she was doing. Put us in a room that should have been blocked out for maintenance reasons. She missed the "sticky note" to not use that room. Had to move rooms, and she didn't know how to do that. Ended up double charging us. The morning person eventually said we would be credited for the new room, but there was no discount for the trouble. Breakfast was awful, and being right on main street was very loud due to the trucks driving through all night. That part isn't their fault, but people should know and expect that.

Full Moon through the Arches

Great hotel to stay, this is my second time in a month and the rooms are amazing. Only issue is my room smelled like dryer sheets. comfortable accommodations

Loved staying here, breakfast was tasty, kids loved the pool, and the room was clean and comfy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our room was not specifically accessible, but the hotel as a whole was. Upon check in they asked if we would need help getting someone with disabilities out in the event of an emergency. The doors in are wide and automatic, breakfast area was wide enough for most wheelchairs, the elevator was large, and the pool has a lift.
