My wife and myself were thoroughly impressed with the facility. From check-in, service and the accommodations everything was top notch.

Grounds are beautiful! Everything was very clean and orderly and the lobby and room were beautiful. They are taking Covid seriously which is excellent. Only sad there wasn’t room service!

Staff was limited I assume due to covid, but the guy that checked me seemed to be doing everything so it wasn't noticeable. That guy was a hustler. The hotel is basically on campus at NC State. There did not appear to be classes in session as it was a ghost town on campus. I would assume normally there is a lot of hustle and bustle.

This property is close to the alumni center. The property is very clean, well taken care of.

Perfectly nice place. Nothing fancy. Good location for visiting the university.

A 4 star resort with no amenities. View of the parking lot was awful. When we arrived there were maybe 10 other groups on people staying, it was very quiet. Upon arrival the representative rushed through everything. The room was tiny, no room service available after 6 PM or at all during the week. There was someone staying in the room above us and we could hear their every move. Asked if someone could bring something we needed to our room, they said no. The restaurant was okay we only went for breakfast though. The hotel seemed really clean so as far as covid concerns I think they are doing great with that.

The hotel looks really nice and the staff is kind. However when I woke up in the morning i was bitten 29 times by bedbugs. I found one and took it to the reception while checking out. They said that they would investigate the room and contact me later. I received an email the same day with an apology and they refunded my money. That was good, however because of this incident I didn’t want to risk taking one of those bedbugs home so I had to throw away my suitcase and all it’s contents and those of my children and all the clothes we had with us in the hotel room. So after all, this one night did cost me a lot of money and nightmares that will haunt me whenever I go to a hotel. It is quite unfortunate since the hotel really looked cleaned and modern.

Clean, nice room, great view and the breakfast was amazing. Staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The service and beauty of this hotel is awesome.
