friendly staff, good service, good breakfast. One thing - I don't know why there was nobody answer the phone when I call from oversea as I had a flight delay so that I can warn the hotel in advance. But it turns out everything was fine, as the hotel staff Ganaa did double checked on my arrival flight was late and met me at the right timing - Thank you very much Ganaa!

Centrally located, close to the main square. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby and they have a snack bar/cafe at the main lobby too. It closes early though and they don't provide coffee in the room minibar, only tea and water.

Location is great. Modern. Staff friendly. Reasonable cost. Some furniture, sheets a bit worn or scratched.

Very central, clean room with everything you need but not huge. Friendly staff. Good welcome, breakfast was good. I only stayed 1 night so didn't experience the massage and fitness facilities or the tours available

A quiet place to get a good rest after the day of walking around. Good and constant temperature in the room and always clean.

The staff was friendly and attentive and available 24/7; they took care of issues immediately. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had an excellent view. The hotel is in a safe area within walking distance of many cultural attractions. The breakfast was international, providing options for every taste, and plentiful. There is a grocery store right across the street, so I was able to pick up snacks and beverages and keep them cold in my room's mini fridge. The staff helped me arrange a day tour that resulted in one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I cannot say anything negative about this hotel. I will definitely stay here again! It was a wonderful experience.

This was an excellent hotel. Centrally located. Clean. Great service. They have a few tour service located in the lobby(extra cost for the tours of course) but it made it very relaxed and enjoyable. They offered several coupons for things in the hotel and in the City tour building which was an added bonus. One draw back was the hotel has a set schedule and it is not shared until you are at the hotel which is not helpful getting to the hotel in the first place.

The A/C didn’t work the first week so it was really hot in our room. Everything else was great! Thank you!

Great location. However it can be a bit dark when walking from the main street to the hotel.
