I really don’t know where to begin. Everything about this place was GREAT! From the welcoming to the very end. When we first got there Agustawan was very polite and kind. The service was excellent and the breakfast everyday at the Villa was delicious. The staff went above and beyond for my wife and I. They shuttled us when needed, even though it wasn’t apart of their regular schedule. They even booked a driver to take us to the Safari and even to our next resort. I really want to thank the staff there for making our stay incredibly pleasant. To name a few Arya, Agustawan, Putri and Tude. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. SUKSMA!

While I’d love to give this hotel a 10, I simply can’t. The staff was unbelievable and beautiful but where the resort falls down is the pool. We had a 2 bedroom villa and the pool was green on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay. We called them as soon as we saw the pool was green but they didn’t seem to do much. We paid a lot of money to not be able to use the pool and we were quite upset. In fact, on the day we were to check out, we opted to leave ASAP because we couldn’t enjoy the pool at our private villa. We told the staff a few times and expected to be compensated but they offered us nothing. Kinda disappointing to say the least.

Staffs are so friendly and helpful all the time. Bed was comfortable breakfast was nice!! Massive thank you to Agus in the front office department. He made our holiday more enjoyable!! We highly recommend Purana Boutique Resort and will definitely come back!

Very friendly staff and well kept property. A bit set back from the main area of Ubud but they provide a shuttle. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is made to order daily and delivered to your room. Only negative was WiFi wasn’t great.

Had an amazing start to our honeymoon at Purana. The staff were so friendly and lovely and our villa was absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend staying here if you come to Bali! Will definitely be back one day!

Most impressive part of Purana is a very kind staff. All staffs in this resort smile and try to help you out if you need. A little bit apart from center of Ubud, but free suttle make you feel comfortable to move. Thank you for Tude, Nonik and all staffs. I hope see all of you next time. ^^
