Rooms are not cleaned properly as they do in other resorts. Food selection is huge, but the main course dishes and meat is never cooked properly. We tried every fish, meat and burgers- and none of them tasted right. Staff also needs to be able to communicate in English, considering this is an international destination.

Beautiful, well kept. Lots of employees to help you with what ever you you need. I really felt safe and secure on this gated resort,( no wrist bands here.) Transportation was readily available for excursion and shopping , which are and hour away. Wish there were more shopping outside the gate. You

Would recommend and return

It was great! Clean, comfortable. Beautiful beach! Plenty of nice pools and bars everywhere. French restaurant and the Preferred Club for dinner were the best. The upgrade for preferred is available upon check in. You can choose between just the benefits or also a room upgrade. The room upgrade is a great value vs booking it online. The quality of the drinks are much better with preferred but nice place either way. Staff is very friendly but when we went they were consistently busy. Tipping goes a long way!

We enjoyed our stay and wish we would have booked an extra day! Staff is very friendly. Several food options available. Great entertainment in the evenings. I enjoyed a 50 minute deep tissue massage at the spa and it was amazing! Property is very clean. I would definitely recommend others stay here.

The initial welcome swept us away. They gave us glasses of wine while we checked in and they were so courteous and welcoming. I loved how big the property was without feeling overwhelming. There were a lot of activities throughout the day. However, I would recommend reserving the water sports early, they get booked quickly. The resort had several big pools which allowed us to swim by ourselves without running into other guests. There was many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I recommend upgrading to Preferred because you will get full access to all the restaurants and the full resort. There were multiple bars around the property. All of the staff was polite and helpful. Most of them spoke English very well. The staff kept this resort very clean. They were constantly picking up after the guests and offering their assistance. We traveled in February which may be why the resort was not overcrowded. My family and I will definitely be coming back to this resort and we will also visit other Dreams resorts. There are so many good things to say but this will have to suffice: Dreams Dominicus made our vacation awesome!

Service individuals were always pleasant. The food was better than I expected with multiple different options (pizza on the beach was pretty good, coming from a New Yorker!) When it rained it took a long while for fresh towels to come out again (highly recommend leaving a hat or something on your chair to keep it and taking your towel for that reason). What they don't tell you on your first day is go straight away to the covid testing area to book your appointment!

Amazing property, well maintained. The staff are gracious and welcoming and go above and beyond to make u feel at home. We (me and the gf) got the preferred club with the pool room and it came with a dedicated concierge- Miguel. He was amazing! Ask for him if u get to choose. Overall an amazing resort! 4.5/5. -0.5 for the "membership pitch" they give u. Tiresome, pushy and never get to the point. After 2 hours I stood up and walked away. They are effing rude! So skip. The 200 points they are offering isn't worth spending 2 hours listening to them condescending u.
