Anastasia Meziki in Buyukada - Istanbul.

Anastasia Meziki Hotel is a lovely place managed by a kind family. Close to the Buyukada City Centre but not too much so to be peaceful. Their restaurant is genuine and simple but tasty. On the first and the second floor they have 2 lovely verandas of public use where You can enjoy Your time (smoking or not smoking). It's a nice place for families.

Great Place

The experience was generally pretty amazing. However, the tinyyyyyy bathrooms leave a bit to be desired. I know it's more than a 100 year old building yes yes. But if I come back after a long long day of walking, I want to have a nice comfortable shower. Other than that everything was amazing.

If on Adalar, this is the place to stay

It felt like entering a time machine into the past: a beautiful villa, welcoming and helpful hosts, delicious breakfast. Would definitely come back!

It's a beautiful 200-year old building. We had a room on the second floor with original furniture and atmosphere. Common areas are also filled with antique furniture, which make the hotel more interesting from a historical perspective. Our room had sea view and the view of the Istanbul mainland coast, but from a distance. If you prefer to be on the coast, this is not the place. The hotel is walking distance from the pier, but it's uphill and difficult to reach if you have luggage. There are horse carriages that can take you up there. Also, there is no elevator in the hotel and the stairs are old style and steep. The staff is a family and they were attentive and made an effort to make us comfortable. The Turkish spread breakfast was excellent.

A historical building

Island museum says that the hotel's building is from 1860s so it is a historical building. Hotel is nicely managed and top floor has a nice view of sea and Istanbul. Breakfeast is really nice. Bathroom area is a bit small but we were ok with it. Internet was a bit spotty. All in all it was a nice stay.

Characterful boutique hotel with lovely staff

Stayed 2 nights and loved the antique decor and pretty garden. Hotel is close to the port, restaurants and bars but in a quiet street. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We would recommend and will probably go back.
