Great hotel for pets. I was delivering two kittens to a family. I liked that there was no carpet. That made cleaning up scattered litter easier, and I knew things were clean. There is also no way for the kittens to hide under the bed. The hotel was quiet. I could barely hear doors closing, so I slept well. The lobby is nice, and there is even a pool table. In times without a pandemic, this would be a nice place to hang out. Breakfast was basic because everything was individually wrapped. Shuttle to airport was fast and regular. There are places to eat nearby. I used DoorDash rather than walk because I was trying to quarantine. Bedding wasn't luxury, but it was soft and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. There is a mall across the street, but sadly I didn't have time to check it out.

I had to cancel my reservation. Because of everything happening with Covid-19 and related regulations, they were very accommodating. Also, the staff is very friendly.

My WiFi didn’t work, my lamp on my right side of the bed didn’t work, the bed is hard as a rock I don’t know how you sleep on a rock with blankets. I’m giving this hotel 1 out of 10.

So well set up for easy cleaning which means confidence about staying at this hotel. Room included rolling desk/table, frig, and lots of shelf spaces. Excellent number of outlets, including USB ports at bedside. Someone was thinking about practical design.

Staff was wonderful and the small breakfast included with the room has a great variety of items.

We stayed for a week. The housekeeping did not clean the room for 3 days. We have to tell the front desk each time they don’t clean.

Everything was great. Only thing I didn’t care for were the soap dispensers. I felt like it was a struggle to get the soap, shampoo, etc by squeezing those bottles.

This is a newer hotel but the noise was not great. I heard highway, plans and people walking above me all night. Would not stay at one of these again. For the money other brands are better.

This was my second time staying here. I really enjoy this hotel for the most part. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, it’s centrally located near a variety of different things. The only issue I had is someone left their dog barking in their room, and every time a door opened or someone walked by or someone upstairs walked around the dog would incessantly bark, and it would echo down the hallway. This went on until around 11:30 pm when I finally figured out that leaving the fan on would somewhat drown out the dog barking, and I was finally able to go to sleep. When booking here just be aware it is dog friendly, which I don’t have an issue with in itself but this could mean you have the potential to hear barking all night long, and the acoustics and sound proofing in this place are terrible.

We left a Kindle behind and the hotel called to let us know, which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay there again.
