Like : New , clean, staffs, should be more than 5 stars dislike none thank you the staffs to keep this hotel in great shape,, and we will be back

it was close to every thing.beach ,5th ave shops and a taxi ride to to malls was reasonable

was told to purchase a pack of coffee filters at the store down the street for their coffee maker for a 1 night stay - Dead bolt lock would not work from the inside - so No true safety when in room.

Place is OK.. The downside is the beds are not to comfortable. The couches are dirty and the pillows from the couches smell bad. Other than that the staff and the locations are great.

This property had nice pictures and descriptions online. Also staff members were very nice too! Arriving to this place followed by disappointment after disappointment. At first I got a room in rundown condition on ground floor without any daylight. It was right in the lobby and next to fountain so the noise level was high! After 4 days I was relocated to a room on higher floor. This room was better and has lots of day light. But it was still noisy. You can hear people walk on the level above in addition constant noise from the air conditioning units and rooftop pool filtering system. If you ok with constant background noise this hotel may work for you.

Central location in quiet neighborhood - easy walk to beaches, restaurants etc. In Playa del Carmen
