Our Slice of Paradise / Low Country Beach Cottage W/marsh Views

The house was newly updated, immaculate, spacious and had a beautiful view of the marsh. I highly recommend.

Inside, the house had very tasteful updated decor. We enjoyed the open floor plan, the kitchen is very modern and more than adequate for more than one cook. There was plenty of room for 8 ladies to spread out and not get into each others space. It was so nice to have a good supply of dishwasher soap, coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. We thoroughly enjoyed the golf cart, 4 bicycles, that looked almost new, and 3 kayaks. We put each one of them to use during our stay exploring the island. Fripp Island is a gorgeous island with uncrowded beaches and acres of marshes. Sunday morning during a short rain shower, we all sat out on the screened in porch overlooking the marsh soaking in it's beauty and sharing what God has been doing in our lives. We would have preferred queen or king beds in place of the double beds in 2 bedrooms but that was minor compared to how nice and spacious the rest of the house is. Pam was prompt with contacting me and had a list of instructions explaining how to use the appliances etc.which came in very handy. Thanks for helping to make our long weekend a memorable one!!

We really enjoyed our stay on Fripp Island in late March. The house was beautiful and well appointed for our family of 4. The marsh views were incredible and the kids loved standing on the deck watching the deer that would come for a visit in the late afternoon. It was a lot of fun getting around the island in the golf cart that was provided. We even used it to take a kayak to the marina. Pam responded promptly to a few questions we had while there. It was a great place to stay, we highly recommend it!

This home was absolutely STUNNING. It was in the most perfect location on this island and was beautiful and super clean. I highly recommend this home for your next vacation to Fripp!

We had another amazing time on Fripp Island! Our kids loved the house and the location with the crabbing dock(caught 4 with our trap!), the golf cart, the kayaks, the fishing, the amazing view off the back deck to enjoy the stunning sunsets & watch the deer. We could not have asked for better weather to relax & enjoy the beach every day of our stay...we are looking forward to our next visit!!

This was our 6th year visiting the Sawgrass community on Fripp Island. This is definitely our favorite home. It is decorated beautifully and the views overlooking the marsh are spectacular. We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened porch watching sunsets. I would highly recommend this home for your stay on the island. You will not be disappointed! Can’t wait for next year!

Loved the house, it didn't feel like a 'rental.' Nice fixtures, stocked with supplies, everything in great condition. We loved the deck looking over the marsh, and the quiet location was perfect on a busy weekend.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at your house. It is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. We had a great time using the golf cart to go to the nearby beaches and to just ride around the island and take in the sites. We ate in almost every morning and night, so the kitchen got a workout and everything worked perfectly. Pam was the best host and answered every question I had. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We hope to visit again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and and very comfortable. Pam is very generous with the linens and towels available at the house. We also really enjoyed the coffee bar! It was very nice to watch the sun set over the marsh from the back deck. We had a blast!

If you want to escape to a truly relaxing place this home on Fripp Island is it! My husband and I had a trip to Mexico planned for our anniversary but thanks to Covid restrictions that trip was canceled. I’m so glad it was! The home was immaculate! Literally bring your clothes and food, and you won’t have to leave. The kitchen is very well appointed, beds are super comfortable, and there is nothing to compare to the view of the marsh. We will definitely be back!
