Great View! Entire Condo. Modern, Quiet, Bright 2BD With gym @ SFU

Matt was fantastic. Super responsive to all of our questions. The condo was immaculate and the area was nice. The only wish is that there was more than one television.

When we first walked into the condo, it was obvious it was exactly as advertised and better. When I walked out onto the balcony I felt I was in a rainforest canopy. And the bird song was beautiful. Property is extremely clean and well equipped and secure. There are great instructions around the condo. It is quiet. We had trouble leaving to do our daily adventures because it was so quiet. It is walking distance to a grocery store and some eating places and one of my fav shops a Mini Miniso! I would stay there again..maybe longer..

Everything was excellent and amenities were abundant. Matt is very responsible in responding to our emails. We definitely recommend this rental. Exactly as described in the posting. Excellent, quite and safe neighborhood.

This was a perfect location for us to stay while getting our daughter settled at SFU. We could easily walk to campus as well as walk to the grocery store, liquor store, cafes, etc in the neighbourhood. The apartment is well equipped with great mountain views from the balcony, and Matt gave excellent instructions on how to find it, access the building, and get into the underground parking garage. He was also very responsive to questions and was even able to alter the dates of our reservation for us. The internet could have been faster, and it would have been nice to have cable tv (although we could use our Netflix & Amazon accounts). Overall, it was a great place to stay.

This is a well equipped, meticulously clean, wonderfully located place to stay. The condo itself is in a very quiet building, is well laid out for up to 6 people (we had 4 adults and two children), and has an incredible view of moutains in the distance from an enviable deck. Matt was quick in responding to any questions and was very accomodating, even anticipating some of our particuar needs. The location is especially nice. For us it was perfect since our daughter lives just two buildings away; however, for anyone visiting Vancouver the top of Burnaby Mountain is a convenient respite from the buzz of the city. Only a 20 minute drive or a 40 minute bus ride from downtown Vancouver this place is surrounded by a heavily forested wild area that has great hiking trails itself, is right next to the Simon Fraser University campus, has a commercial area only a 5 minute walk away, and seems almost like a resort area rather than a condo complex.

We enjoyed our stay in Matt’s condo! The condo is very clean and well equipped with everything needed for a young family. Check in and out was seamless. The building had a great gym and is walking distance to shops and restaurants. And there are walking trails close by. We will definitely book Matt’s condo the next time we are in the Vancouver area.

Matt was a terrific host. The property was exactly as advertised - clean, quiet and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. Matt was quick to respond to all communications. The welcome treat and bottled waters was a nice touch as we arrived in the evening when most stores were closed. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Vancouver!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Vancouver! Coming back to this pristine and quiet condo at the end of each day made the trip all the more enjoyable. We walked to the nearby village next to Simon Fraser University, where there is a large grocery store and a number of restaurants - Togo Sushi was our favorite. A few of the Vancouver sites we recommend are taking the tram to the top of Grouse Mountain, visiting Granville Island, the Vancouver Aquarium, and lunch at The Teahouse in Stanley Park. Public transpiration is an option, but we found it easier to take our car. The condo was such a peaceful retreat. Our favorite place to relax was on the living room couch facing the beautiful view. Matt (the owner) is as organized as they come; he has thought of absolutely everything. We have stayed at many VRBO's over the years. If we could, I would give this one 10 stars!
