Hostel and staff are good.But other customers are awful.There are many people made a noise at mid night. It was too loud.

I really enjoyed my stay at Marco Polo. It was a wonderful atmosphere and Shaun was a fantastic guide for my trip to Comino island. Great value and great locations. Will definitely return soon!

This place was brilliant. Staff were fantastic and really friendly. They run some great trips round the island and the evening entertainment is amazing as well. Really nice bunks and good clean showers ect. The location is perfect. Will be staying here again!! Deserves 6 stars

Excellent Location and great Staff !!!

Good location with amenities a few moments away. Great bus connections across the road to Valletta. Unfortunately the lifts didn't work the whole time we were staying and the reception is on the top floor so it's good exercise. The bedroom door is a bit thin so you can hear people walking up and down the stairs. The roof terrace is nice to hang out and chill and kitchen was adequate.

Brilliant location, this is one really fun hostel! Fully equipped kitchen for everyones use, clean and tidy and great decor. Have to single out the mad aussie Simone who made my stay here one to remember! She is a diamond and nothing was too much trouble for her. Highly recommend this place, eco-conscious and they have curtains on the beds, sign of a good hostel. I will be back!

The hostel overall was good. The atmosphere was friendly and accommodating, the staff were helpful and nightlife was good. I loved the privacy curtains in the dorm. However ! I do have a few cons: - My bedsheets were not clean, there were stains on both the duvet and fitted sheet -The bathrooms were not clean, i found sick on one of the floors of the toilet. - The bathrooms are shared, with both males and females regardless of if you have booked for a female only dorm. I think this needs to be made more clear on booking. - The male employees, would walk into a room without knocking first to clean ... i had an issue with this, what if someone was getting changed, and a male employee decided to walk in without notice ? - There was no AC in the room, so it would get really hot in the evenings. It’s a good hostel but it’s overrated and did not live up to the hype that everyone is talking about on these reviews.
