Location is excellent for transportation and food. Staff is friendly but with insufficient pillow for children.....

Very small room as expected, great location, very close to Tokyo station and shopping. Especially great if you are taking a flight the next day and want a place to stay fir last minute shopping.

BreAkfast was good.

At check-in, even that rooms are ready, they won’t give your room keys before 3:00p. There was a dozen customers there around 2:30p, crowded in the tiny waiting area waiting for their keys. Their room are extremely small. It’s either your bags or yourself In it. We found previous guest clothes on the floor, so cleanness was dubious. At breakfast they have a ok spread but you won’t find MILK ! I already stayed at other Presso hotel 10x better. I won’t return to this one, even that is vey conveniently located near 2 train/subway stations.

Great location, clean room. Friendly staff, better than expected breakfast. The only drawback is the size of the room. It was a challenge to fully open my large suitcase. The bed was harder than I like. Overall comfortable stay though.

Hotel location to Tokyo Station was very convenient.

Staff really struggled with English. Late check out fees were so steep I had to book an extra night I didn’t need.

It was very clean and new. The property is very close to Tokyo station and Ginza. A great location.

The Keio Presso Inn is close to both the main Tokyo Station and also a couple of subway lines which were also useful. I stayed here for a week-long business trip while my wife was with me for holiday. The location is first rate, you can get almost all the way to the hotel via the underground central Yaesu exit and mall from the train station. It's just a couple of quick blocks from the station if you emerge at street level. The room is small, this is Tokyo after all, but I found the bathroom to be a touch bigger and more comfortable for my 6'7" self than other hotels I've been recently in in Japan. Breakfast was simple, but tasty, and the coffee (automated machines) was good. Staff was super-friendly, though we didn't really ask for much. We did use the self-serve coin-operated laundry in the hotel. It auto-dispensed soap and could be monitored via the TV in the room. Worked well for us.
