This made our visit to Havana the best. Very welcoming, attentive and made us feel like home, literally. The staff was amazing, Kike and Sharon, Paola and the rest were great! Nothing but great things can be said for this group, which is what makes this property a great stay.

This was out first time in Cuba and the experience at this hotel made our overall experience a memorable one. Since the moment we walked in the hotel, the owners and staff greeting us so kindly. Everyone was incredibly helpful, kind, and really wanted to make our stay one to remember. We stayed in one of the rooftop rooms and it was beautiful. The room size was really big, the bathroom was very comfortable and everything was beautiful and very clean. The restaurant, Eclectico, was amazing! The food was wonderful, we ate several times there and every time we had a great experience. At night the restaurant always had a life performance of music, it was beautiful and it really gave our dinner time great ambiance. The staff also organized a wonderful private car tour with the best tour guide ever. He took us in his beautiful convertible all around and he knew so much about the history of beautiful Havana. They also organized an in room couples massage which was a wonderful way to relax. We really had not stayed in such a wonderful hotel. We love to travel and have experienced staying at many hotels, and this one definitely will be considered as one of our top!

Wow! Lovely boutique hotel. Fabulous, friendly and helpful staff. Stunning rooms. Amazing breakfast- fresh fruit, homemade croissants to name a few. Had a lovely meal at the on-site restaurant. Each night there was live entertainment- phenomenal talent. A must stay when you come to Cuba.

Location, 10 min to downtown, a cab would cost CUC 15, one way to the city. A perfect boutique hotel, their restaurant is excellent and had entertainment every evening. My room got upgraded, and they booked me all my entertainment and booking for dinners and entertainment outside the hotel. however, they do charge a fee for the service. so check it out. Very safe neighborhood.
