Customer service has degraded since SmartMents opened in 2017, the rooms were not clean, and they are massively overpriced for a living area of less than 15 sq m (As their bathrooms are 7-8 sq m) the reception is now open less hours than 2019, barely 8 hours, many times certain receptionists do not even bother to stay around, the place is very impersonal, I would not class this as a place that anyone staying in Vienna on Business would enjoy, as the seating in the rooms is not sufficient, as most other serviced apartments in surrounding countries have a full sofa for example, this is a very amature set up for a property in such a prominent place.

New modern apartments, great locations, o ly cleaning issue,rooms doesnt get clean daily,and not enough toiletry in room.

Terrible bed. Channels for locals . Decor so cold and cheap. Staff are not friendly

You don't get regular room cleaning. Also, they provide you white sheets, white towels which get dirty quick

I liked the fact that it is close to the train station. I wish it would have been closer to the city center It was clean and warm. I didn’t like the fact that there is no clerk in the reception 24 hours a day. I had no problems but I didn’t know what to do in case there was a problem, for example if the key card wouldn’t work from dome reason. Over all good for the price.

This is one of the best hotel/apartment stays I have had for years. The place is practically brand new and you can sense that the designers put some thought into the needs of contemporary travellers. It’s very close to the main station and the underground as well as to supermarkets. I appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine in the room and I was very grateful for the late-night check-in using an app. Within ten minutes of my train’s arrival I was in the room. Highly recommended.

I liked kitchen with lota of dishes, cups, pots, mocrowave, toster, etc. There waa no electric kettle. Self check out on weekend was also good.
