There wasn’t any towels in my room, none @ the front desk for several hours, stains on pillow cases. My children room remote didn’t work so they couldn’t watch tv, good there was an entertainment room down stairs.

H*ll would indeed have to freeze over before I’d stay at this “establishment” again. We were randomly charged an additional $188.00 7 hours after we’d checked out! Manager is nonexistent. Staff won’t respond to texts, emails, or phone calls! The amenity fee is laughable. The ping pong table has no balls. The other games and game equipment were broken. It took me days to get the refund amount “close” to what I was due. They say that they don’t allow parties, but there was an extremely loud and drunken bachelorette party roaming the halls and banging on doors and dropping f-bombs between 2:00-3:30 in the morning. The rooms are very small and adorned with Target accessories—hardly a 4-star hotel! Staff isn’t there past 1:00 a.m. on the weekend! Is this an an actual hotel or a front of some sort? Who knows! Don’t ignore the poor reviews! They are legitimate!

Mediocre at best

When we first arrived, the women at the front desk could hardly be bothered to assist - it seemed like I was imposing. When I asked about parking, they said they were full and we would have to find some. No suggestions, no map of area lots/garages, etc. We figured it out, but there was no customer service. There are 4 drinks per room per day which we found in the on-line info. When I asked about that later, they were a little nicer. The TV didn't work, the phone to call about the TV didn't work, and when we checked out there was no one there to talk to about the stay. This is like a hostel crossed with a funky hotel - the funky decor is fine, but the service level is LOW. If it was priced accordingly that would be okay. But for regular hotel prices, try to find a place with better service.

The staff was very helpful. Our family stayed in your kitchenette room and enjoyed being all together. We had meals together. This location was very convenient for the events we attended. We'd stay there again.
