Great location, only a few steps from the Medina. Super friendly staff, comfortable and very charming. If I had to go back to Chefchaouen, I’d stay in the same place.

Great location, just 3-5 minutes walk to the medina. Convenient to arrive by taxi from the bus station. Clean rooms, and good breakfast. Mohamed was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there if I come back.

Great location about 15 mins walk from the bus stop and 15 mins walk to the medina. The staff were all lovely and our room was spacious and clean with a working AC. Breakfast was included and it was enough for us to start our day.

Mohammed and Fatima were wonderful hosts. Friendly and helpful. The location is a bit far from the Médina, but that’s as much a blessing as a curse. If you have luggage, you really don’t want to be lugging it around the Médina. Besides, the walk to the Médina allows you to experience the real local culture, not just the tourist experience.

Personalized service by the manager Mohammed and all his staff was one of a kind. Very friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel is definitely Moroccan and we really enjoyed it.

Beautiful hotel with an arty vibe that had all the flavour of Morocco. Exceptional host Mohammed who met and exceeded our expectations with food (arranged a terrace dinner for our party of 10)and advice about the local area and beyond to our next destination. The only fault was our bed was extremely hard though Mohammed did his best to improve this with some soft coverings. Great location easy to walk to the Medina.

Perfection with decor, hospitality, comfort, and food. Recommended to all. Very nice staff. They accommodated my brother who is a handicap with lots of love and care which we never asked for. Recommended to all. No doubt the reason for excellent reviews was everything sbove expectations.

Puerta Azul was amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is comfortable, homey, and clean. We checked in at midnight and they made us tea upon arrival. The breakfast is outstanding. Mohamad went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. We couldn’t be happier.
