Sub par Hotel, leaks in plumbing

Terrible experience not at Hilton standards. Bathroom flooded due to a huge plumbing leak from the tub, that entire staff is aware of the problem and still offered room, slipped on the wet marble as I had no clue this was happening. Hotel was less than helpful. Never even asked if i was ok. Had to bathe in the spa, went to the event I was attending, returned to a room that would not open as the lock “ran out of batteries” waited for someone to open, had to move on my own at midnight. Offered a breakfast voucher that I never got. Dangerous property, not very clean and definitely unhelpful. Noise level is uncomfortable so much so, you get ear plugs. I have communicated to Hotels.com and no one has contacted me back. Not a property that is worth 250.00 per night, no amenities in room, sparse furniture, huge balcony with no where to sit or put a glass down. Had to take the desk chair out and turn the trash bin upside down to use as a table to drink coffee. As a Gold member, it is the first time customer service has failed me

Needs more communication among staff

The hotel was pretty much what we expected. Very nice & clean. We had requested one of the days not to send house keeping, we wanted to sleep in without anybody bothering us. It seems we asked them to give us a wake up call at 8am! They still woke us up!

Great staff- very friendly and accommodating from housekeeping to security personnel- very nice people! Easy check-in process. The double room was very cramped for 4ppl. They moved us to a bigger room at no charge. We wish that the beds were a little bigger-at least a queen would be much better and more comfortable. Overall satisfied with our 6 nite stay but not sure why this hotel is rated 4 stars...would expect a little more for that rating and Hilton! The location is nice and safe on a busy street. The club next door plays loud booming music til 4am, so if you are a light sleeper- forget it! Transportation was plentiful with taxis, buses, and pulmonias.

It was a last minute reservation for a regular room and they gave me the room with ocean view for the same price. Totally worth it!

The room that I booked was not what we were offered when we got to the property. We had to wait for them to figure out how to get us into the correct room. The box spring for the bed was broken, but we didn't realize it until my fiancé's back was already aching after two nights of bad sleeps. The hotel did fix it, but did not offer any kind of reduction in the fee for the room. Although masks were to be worn while on the property, this was not being enforced and many patrons were not wearing them. The elevator system is very slow; we ended up taking the stairs at least 1/2 the time. The breakfast buffet was 1/2 empty every time we tried to eat. We ended up ordering off the menu. The pool area is not very big, and it was hard to get a chair unless you were down there very early. It was definitely a dissappointment. After paying over $200/night for our room, we expected more.
