Cozy apartment, lots of homeless around building, but nice central location close to popular downtown attractions. Aside from the less then pleasant phone service when i called about my check in it was a good stay.

Convenient location to public transit and Safeway. Easy to communicate with Barsala staff. Instructions to enter building first time were clear.

The unit was new, however the layout and furniture were not thought out. The sectional couch was blocking the access to the bedroom, and was not the right size for the room. The trash chute was locked and trash was in the hallway. The surrounding area was awful as the homeless have setup tent city everywhere. Avoid Portland if you have a choice.

location was perfect  staff was helpful and quick responses to my questions the unit was clean  and stocked with supplies that were easy to find

The hotel/apartment building is a little too complicated to rent for what it is. For my money I still want someone on the property to help me if I need it. Weird restrictions about mentioning 3rd party rental I used.

The apartment was great It was clean and better then I imagined walking distance of many things! They sent me occasionally message asking how my stay was and if we needed anything  we didn’t need a thing while we were there the room had it all!

Area of city was quiet. Huge apartment with two bathrooms was wonderful. Apartment was not clean and not our definition of “luxury”. We missed having a concierge on site. Will not stay here again.

Our stay was excellent. Entry and check-out instructions were clear and well organized. The unit was clean with everything we expected. The location was terrific, within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the Willamette River. Kudos to the property and the management.

The apartment was clean, and the location was good for our needs. We luckily were able to park on the street in front of the building for all of our stay, much of the time being free. Disappointments were a loud refrigerator, only one key fob, and no fitness center.

I did not like not having a person to deal with. There is NO hot water in the restroom sink and although your pretended the management would come back and fix it, I am a General Contractor and the hot water wasn't even connected to the sink. There is no parking.
