We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. Location was close to the Dragon Bridge where all the action is. Most bars and restaurants are on or around the river or beach area.

Good value and very nice and friendly staff.

The hotel location is good and the front desk stuff are very helpful and friendly and made our trip at ease. Breakfast considered to be good as well for the small hotel.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and honest. Even though they overcharged us when we booked a day tour with them, the staff called our hotel room to rectify the mistake and returned us the extra amount.

This place has awful service. The bell boy is no where to be found when we were checking out. The breakfast was a good spread but the staff will not clear the plates and just allows it to pile. They will clear it once you are done. I believe the hotel staff needs more more training.

All receptions are so friendly n helpful, some facilities in room are so old , should change such as the refresher made a noisy, the breakfast should keep the food hot even warm, the massager Of spa centre is good and they can improve their service more after the spa to their customers who may need to take a shower and shampoo, the price of spa is reasonable after the discount, Overall are ok of that hotel if you don’t want to pay for expensive rate during your vacation especially you go out to sightseeing very often , that can be one of your choice.
