Great ocean view and convenient location.

Great location, walking distance (5 mins or <) to Jiufen old shopping street. Yummy breakfast and staff Ms Yuki is friendly, courteous & helpful.

We got the room with the big window overlooking the sea. The view is amazing, even better if it’s not rainy season and cloudy. The room is very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast provided was nice too (sandwich and fruits), just nice for one. The owner of the property is very kind and nice too. The location is very convenient, 5mins walk to the jiufen old street, beside the bus stop, convenient store and all.

Nice place, super friendly and helpful hosts. Take room 301 for the best view. Free coffee n tea at the dining area. When you take bus 965 from Taipei (or any other buses eg.788), alight at Jiufen old town stop, walk backwards about 50metres n Happyland will be on your left. To take a bus back to Taipei or Keelung, just cross the street, turn left walk downwards 30metres for the bus stop.

Amazingly friendly service with all the right amenities such as water, tea, coffee, free breakfast, wifi, and most importantly, the most beautiful view of Jiufen. Highly recommend this place for a night or two stay to really enjoy this town. Can't stress enough how good and friendly the service here is. 2 thumbs up!

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at JiuFen HappyLand View Homestay. The location of the Homestay is conveniently located near JiuFen Old Street and is just a few minutes walk to JiuFen Street. The scenery from our room is superb and breakfast was awesome. The host is very kind and understanding. We got caught up in an unexpected typhoon on the day when we reached Taipei, and because of the typhoon, all transport services to Jiu Fen were ceased that prevented us from travelling to Jiu Fen on the day where we were supposed check-in to HappyLand Homestay. Thankfully, the host is very understanding and made an exception for us by allowing us to postpone our stay and check-in on the next day on goodwill. The host also provided an upgrade for us that really surprised us. Overall, our stay at JiuFen HappyLand Homestay is awesome. Host is nice and friendly, location is good, room is clean, view is superb, and breakfast is delicious. We would like to thank the host for providing such a wonderful and unforgettable stay for us and would definitely choose HappyLand as on our next trip in Taiwan.

Location was amazing, host was amazing and had preplanned itineraries for guests which were efficient and fun.

Wonderful place to stay in Jiufen. Conveniently located to enjoy the quiet morning walk. Loved the breakfast sandwich. View is great from the room.
