Nice place, has free shuttle service to monorail station every 15 minutes before 10:30am.

Do not understand why I have to change room mid stay, for the policy that you cannot stay in the same room for more than 7 nights. No staurs to go to lobby. Stayed at level 3 (and level 2 for last day). Had to wait super long for the lift because by the time it reached, it was packed. No toothbrush set in last day of room. Staff probably forgot. Chocolate croissant was nice. But that's almost all I had for 8 days. Same sausage and salad and vegetables for all days. At least previous Chisun Inn had salmon. This one only had eggs for 1 days out of all 8 days. Shuttle bus is good. But really for business stay because there isnt bus from 10:30am to 3:30pm. Toilet paper is the thinnest I had even seen. Sticks to your butt cos it is soooo thin. Had a delivery. Staff took a simple glance and told me there is no package for me till I insist there has to be. THEN she went into a ztorage room and found it. I like the location as it is near business offices. I am sure it can improve more. Gambatte.

Couldn't stay all nights in same room. No staircase, stayed at level 3 and level 2. Lift always full when it reaches my level. Had to wait for 2 lifts before I can get in. Will be good to be able to walk down stairs instead. Hung the towel to dry, but staff took it for washing. Lost the toothbrush kept in there to dry. "ECO" policy was quite lame since they dun clean ur room, but give the towel in a plastic bag, and plastic wrapped toothbrush in another plastic bag. No quite Eco. Could have just put 3 towels in room. Supposed to replace slippers daily but obviously did not. No international plug - inconvenient. Breakfast was not worth mentioning. Always same sausage and salad. Out of 8 days, only 1 day with eggs. Chocolate croissant was nice as usual though. No shuttle bus from 10:30am to 3:30pm means it is not so suitable for late waking tourists.

Services provided exceed expectations especially the complimentary transport to train station

The overall experience of the hotel was ok - clean and comfortable. However there is no flexibility with check in unless you join their loyalty programme at cost. Check in is 4pm and 3pm as a member. I would have paid to check in earlier! Also I had two towels in the room. A bath size one and a hand towel. Both on the small side. They wanted to charge me for extra towels! Ridiculous!!!!

Everything was fine, only breakfast was unstructured.

Booked this hotel due to HND connections. Easy access via Monorail.

The staff were friendly, and when there was a small water leak in the bathroom it was fixed the next day. The room was otherwise fine; however, the hotel did not have the facilities built for the number of guests: the breakfast buffet was quite basic and there were a lot of guests for the size of the restaurant area. Also, there were only four lifts for 13 floors, yet no interior staircases. I was on floor 2, but one morning couldn't get in the lifts which were full, and so had to take the outside staircase and then go back in through the front door. The stay was ok overall, and quite low priced for Tokyo.

They have shuttle to subway and it’s located near the exhibition hall.
