Treated like Royalty

This is great hotel. The room was not large but accommodated three people nicely with a bunk bed and a full bed. A bath in the large tub with jets followed by a massage in the massage chairs eases the fatigue from a long day of sightseeing or playing at Disney. The service was incredible! We've stayed at a number of hotels in Tokyo and the service here was the best. We were greeted warmly with a welcomeThey anticipated our needs. Do you need a popcorn bucket to take to Disney? No problem, there's a shelf with a large selection you can choose from to borrow. Cold, rainy and wet? They provided rain ponchos and hand and foot warmers too.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the staff were great. We recieved complementary pudding and noodles on arrival. The property is close to Disneyland with free shuttle buses. However, they only run a couple of times in the morning and evening. We also found it hard to get to the Haneda Airport for our 7am flight. The shuttle and trains don't run that early so the taxi was very expensive.

Great!!!

This hotel is really nice! The staff are friendly, the rooms and the hotel is super clean. They have a free drink bar (non alcoholic beverages), free yummy breakfast and a free shuttle to Disney!! Only thing were the beds were really hard, but other than that, I really enjoyed this hotel and I look forward to staying there again!!!

El hotel es normal, un gran espacio de baño con tina de hidromasaje, muy útil en un viaje. Lo más destacado es la amabilidad del personal y los pequeños detalles!!!

Our family loved this hotel! In fact my son rated it the best we stayed in all of Japan!!! It was very reasonably priced with fantastic inclusions like a European breakfast (not just a Japanese breakfast) and terrific amenities. The best thing though were the warm hospitable staff particularly Kailash Ghimire. He tried so hard to please us and make our stay memorable which it was!!!! Do yourself and your family a favour and book into this hotel!!!!

Outstanding stay

The service and facility are outstanding. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The amenities are exceeded expectations. The lobby has hot and cold drinks all day. At night the lobby has pudding and a variety of cup noodles. The hotel provided free shuttle to Disneyland and DisneySea (3x in the morning to and 3x in the evening from). We stayed in a room that fits 4. We had a double bed (big enough for 2 adults) and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a big and deep tub and shower. We had an excellent stay. There are lots of restaurants and at least a grocery store within 10 minute walk of the hotel

We stayed at Nice Inn Hotel during the second half of our Japan Trip. We were greeted by the hotel staff and promptly checked in and shown to our room. We were pleasantly surprised with the generous size of our room and how clean and neat everything was. However, the room was rather dated and the bathroom/toilet had a slight unpleasant odour now and then. We stayed for 6 nights of which we spent the bulk of the time at Disneyland and Disney Sea. We felt the property was rather far from the theme parks and heavily relied on the hotel shuttle service. Buffet breakfast was quite basic but sufficient for us to start our long days without having to worry about finding breakfast else where. We would probably prefer to stay some where closer to the Disney parks. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with impeccably polite hotel staff and the service.

The staff were wonderful, the checkin was so easy and explained in great English, the amenities were so sweet and the room and clean. One thing Id advise is to checkin earier so you can hopefully rent (theyre included just have to call and rent em) softer pillows-theyre limited to pretty firm and small ones in your room unless you ask for fluffier ones from their little book of pillows! Easy shuttle to Tokyo Disney and they played Disney tunes in the comfy shuttle bus which was fun and pumped us up! Also easy to take bus back after! Definitely worth the price point!

Very pleasantly surprise by this hotel, staff were very helpful and accommodating despite. We booked a family room, though it was small, it was comfortable for a long day after Disneyland. Hotel provide cup noodles, free drinks and minibar, breakfast was really good. There is shutter bus to and fro from Disneyland, Disneysea as well as drop off at Maihama Station. There are massage chairs provided for free! Excellent hotel and value for money. We would return and also we recommend to anyone who is visiting both Disney parks.
