We experienced the worst check-in in our whole life! The staff who helped us was unfriendly, actually I would use the word 'rude'. We could never ever expect this in a 4-star hotel in Leipzig.

Nice and clean hotel with great and friendly front staff

A great hotel, very clean and we like to recommend it. It has an excellent location as well.

The location of this hotel is great, right in the middle of Leipzig. Unfortunately, our room was very small and very bland. The room consisted only of a bed and small television, along with the sink that couldn’t fit in the tiny bathroom. I would suggest this hotel for someone who will not be spending much time in the room and is traveling alone.

Definitely a new, minimalist, trendy type of facility. Room was bare bones: small floating shelf style, no chairs of any kind in room, no desk. Recessed bed is a design flaw(want to see the scrape on the top of my head from the exposed wood corner?) Concept I believe hotel was to get their guests to the HUGE common area on ground level. A plus without question was the 24/7 coffee-refreshment machine without charge, unlimited use. This was a huge plus for this hotel, and unique for Germany's 'no free coffee' custom.

This hotel is a real gem. Excellent value for money! The room was very modern with plenty of space and a great en suite bathroom. Service was top class with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great - just a short walk to a lot of attractions and shopping areas. Staying here was a genuinely enjoyable experience.

Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly & helpful, Hotel close to train station and town centre, free coffee in reception that was nice.

Excellent hotel in central Leipzig. Very clean and comfortable bedrooms but they are rather quirky - it's the first time I've ever seen the bath next to the bed! Great location only 10 minutes on foot from the train station and 5 minutes from the main square. The free coffee (all day) and croissants (at breakfast) was a nice touch.
