Loved this residence, brilliant room location an use of the garden. Staff were friendly and helpful. Give us hints on how to get around. Breakfast was very good as was snack when we arrived. Thoroughly recommend this establishment for ur visit.

Cute apartment in the quiet neighborhood but little bit a longer walk from Ponte Vecchio than I expected. Joanna was really helpful and gave us a great suggestion for sightseeing. She recommended to take bus 12 and get to Plaza Michelangelo. From there you can enjoy absolutely breathtaking views of Florence!

Loved the place but difficult to find and traffic is nuts. Parking was not clear. Walking distance to many places. We left before breakfast but they had snacks out and a common kitchen area.

The highlight of my trip in Italy

There are only 5 rooms in this gorgeous little boutique hotel on the quiet side of Florence. Mine was a beautiful big room that opened out onto the garden. Beautiful bed linen, proper pillows, gorgeous decor that’s unpretentious. Snacks were in the lobby when I arrived, haggard, from a gruelling days travel. That just made up for everything. Breakfast is in a lovely little atrium and is the usual fresh continental breakfast with fresh coffee. I loved it so much I really didn’t want to leave. I would have happily stayed reading my book.

Florence with love

Love, love, love this place. They even had a fruit tart in the afternoon for us to enjoy with tea. It is by far one of the best places we stayed at during our two weeks in Florence

Enjoyed the stay

I don't usually leave a review, just don't bother. But I am here to say thank you to Joanna, the lady who works there doing the reception/cleaning/cooking etc. She works hard and helps without hesitations when she is needed. I especially enjoy her humming while she is working. Moreover, the location and everything in the house are nice too, although I was arranged to an attic(single room) and got my head bumped a few times somewhere. I hope that you get a pay rise soon, Joanna:)

The place is so beautiful and charming. Modern stylish decor that really brought you in. Kitchen was so convenient with little snacks to enjoy Througout the day. Also, location was great, very close to Ponte Vecchio and main city centre. Loved the little backyard terrace. Would go back in a heart beat. ❤️

The property is beautiful and only about a 20minute walk from the Firenze S.M. train station (which isn't too bad depending on your luggage). The woman who is at the b&b in the morning I wonderful, she is very friendly and has great advice about what to see in Florence. For Americans stying here, this is a bed and breakfast and you will need an access code to get in for the first time. I would make sure you contact the b&b before hand about how to check in and make sure you have a phone that works/can call in Italy. I had the single/twin bed room up stairs. It is not a bad room, it is just a little small and has a slanted ceiling, so if you are y'all you may want to consider one of their other rooms. The bathroom for the single room upstairs is separate and directly across the landing from the room. Aside from having a little trouble checking in, I really enjoyed my stay here. The building and amenities are excellent, the indoor and outdoor sitting areas are beautiful.
