The toilet was dirty,mouldy . They should take care of this hotel

The service quality changed from day to day. One day I would have two body towels and one face towel as expected; then some other days they would stock just one body towel! The same thing happened with the breakfast quality. Some days they would provide variety, some other days you wouldn't find any variety. Another annoying thing during my long stay was the noise from the employee. I often had to eat my breakfast while two women were shouting at each other in the kitchen a few meters away from me. Same thing with the cleaning maids. The whole floor could hear them arguing, laughing, etc... I understand that the employees must interact with each other, but they should keep in mind that the hotel guests paid money to relax in a quiet and peaceful environment.

The Oto bus Stops right the hotel and it passes by like every minute. You can take this bus to go to the malls. The seaside is nearby and I go there every evening when I was staying at this hotel. From this hotel to go to new airport is about 40km from hotel. I took the Havaist to go. Cost me TL16. Overall hotel is quiet it’s good if you want to feel how the local people lifestyle because residential areas are surrounding. What I like most of this hotel is the staff - housekeeping, restaurant and reception. Very good staff and reception staff can speak English too.

Comfortable hotel, staff very helpful, pleased with the service. The hotel is situated on the main road and is very easily accessible via the travel networks, the nearest Metro station is about 5 mins walk from the hotel. Thank you for looking after us. Mohammed (UK).

The staff are rude, they gave us a tiny disgusting room. We requested a change it took us having to kick up a fuss for them to change our room. The breakfast is terrible. The front desk service is disgusting. I really urge people to not stay at this hotel! I absolutely hated it!!!!

Terrible hotel. Shower didn’t work. Cheap rule about not being allowed to have guests visit without paying more. Cold because of poor heating system and only one thing blanket on the bed. Loud traffic noise because it is beside the busiest road in Istanbul and the room has thin windows. Awful, awful, awful place that I hope no one else ever has to stay in no matter how cheap of a deal they offer online.
